What are the different max speeds? Also, at what age/weight/height would you recommend the next bigger model?
What are the charging instructions? How long does it take to fully charge.
You mentioned parental key- none of the dealers can figure it out for the one we just bought. 😂
There is a key hole under the seat that allows you to slow the machine down. You should have gotten 2 keys for the speed limiter.

500w kinda weak tho?
It is a small atv made for small riders and actually gives about 4+ hours of use before needing to be recharged.
Hi I have recently bought one of these for my daughter what is the top speed cause I’m currently getting 31kmh is this right
These will go about 15-20 MPH
How do you lock the speeds?
You can't lock the speed but you have a choice between Low and High gear which limits the top speed.
