I love the lore videos about the destiny universe, they’re so enticing and interesting to me and they’re clear and vague at the same time, they spur curiosity and imagination unlike franchises like Star Wars, Halo, or Warhammer 40,000 but most of the information in these franchises are oversaturated with information which leaves little room for leaves little thoughts into what could happen. The lore in this I wouldn’t say is better than other franchises, but they address lore in such an interesting way where it answers questions in a quick and concise manner yet also is vague enough to make me ask more questions. I love it and the team that works on these lore tabs are very talented and I think are somewhat under appreciated. Props to these people.
Does anyone else find it odd that Toland's ghost seems more or less corrupt? Like his ghost wants him to succeed in his triumph. But in the case of Dredgen Yor, his ghost is like "why are you doing this bad stuff, I'm not down and don't want to be apart of it".
With the recent revelations that have come with our embracing of the power of darkness such as strand and stasis, I think Tolland may have just been ahead of his time, and maybe his ghost realized that.

You can store about 3,000 books per GB *before compressing.* English(and other human languages) can compresses to about 1/10 the size, so that puts us at 30,000 books/GB. The best estimate for the total number of books recorded is 129,864,880. Once you work out all the math, it comes out to being about 4TB. In other words, a $100 hard drive could hold all of the books ever written up to date. If you cut that down to just culturally significant writings, you could quite easily fit all of that into a single GB.

Toland is actually my favorite Warlock. I get that ghosts have their own, distinct personalities, but Guren speaks with all the zeal of a fallen angel who followed Lucifer. How did he get that way? Did Toland persuade him to question the very matter of which he was composed?

Nezarec is coming...
I wish we could customize out ghost's voice or have it atleast randomized. The dead ghost quests and other mentions imply each ghost is unique, I feel this would help enrich the immersion of Destiny.
Dredgen Yor was “mad”. Toland wasn’t driven mad by anything, not in that sense; he was just weird to begin with. Not too unprecedented, granted he was a practicing Thanatonaut.

Nezarec is coming...
This guy referenced Halsey from Halo: Reach. I love this even more now.
I wish we could customize out ghost's voice or have it atleast randomized. The dead ghost quests and other mentions imply each ghost is unique, I feel this would help enrich the immersion of Destiny.
FR I want my ghost to sound like Cortana
Eyyy Destiny 2 wheres that hive armor at, eh? Huh?? What? There isnt any? What do you mean there isnt any?!? GOOD TALK.
There's a couple Exotics but I hear ya. Kinda lame tbh. Very lame tbh.
Dredgen Yor was “mad”. Toland wasn’t driven mad by anything, not in that sense; he was just weird to begin with. Not too unprecedented, granted he was a practicing Thanatonaut.
Can we obtain and perform the song of life?
Wizard was dodgin all his shots
Uhm... wasn't Toland's exile mentioned in the comic where osiris was still vanguard commander ?
Is that a one-two punch shotty? If so, what are you running with it on your warlock?
my thoughts say that I'd like to have a chat with Osiris and if the infinite forest can handle it see what the future holds for the hive as well as ourselves in the guardian orders
As a Hunter main I look up to Toland and the Legend Cayde-6
Part 1?
How much is there to Tolands story?
Joseph Young A lot
So in the end I still don’t know. How powerful is Toland?
My boi Toland will be a villian one day.
More likely a hero
He's seems more like a neutral observer at this point.
Toland the Yeeted has one of the coolest storys in all of destiny universe!
