I-No definitely is in her own tier just under the top 5 and she can whoop all of them in the rite hands. Also Raven and Chip are interchange in those tier positions depending on the player. Your rite about Answer he's definitely slept on. All in all this was a very good tier list tbh, probably they best western tier list for Rev2 out there.
I constantly go back and forth on whether I think Elphelt or Johnny are worse to deal with. Johnny feels like a stronger character, but with how hard he can be to use compared to elphelt I always seem to end up with more salt against elphelt.

Only thing I pretty disagree with is Bedman. That character has too much versitility and great uses of yrc I feel to be in that tier especially behind axl
Things in GG are balanced better than many other fighters. If you're going up against other newbies Potemkin can do just fine. Where he really struggles is against experienced players and it's dependent on matchup. Nothing wrong with playing him unless you wanna be top 8 at a major event.
I'm about a year late but judging from the two comments you made, it seems as though you play Potemkin and wish for Axls to suffer due to their annoying zoning capabilities

Kinda funny how both the best and worst characters share a key unique trait in not having a run.
They also both do big damage, rely on stance cancel pressure, have big buttons, do strike throw as their main mix and have no full screen presence

Potemkin is the BEST worst character in a fighting game. If you wanna play him, you'll be perfectly fine honestly.
