no it is a waste of time. with the pin at a fixed distance you limited to sloppy bends. There is a reason why all benders have different sized dies or the bending peg is movable in distance from the pivot pins

I rebuild huge pumps with caged roller bearings in the 10 x 6 range all of the replaced bearings go into the old boxes with a bar code on them and they get scanned when they are picked up every month or when the pallet has 1000lbs on it.

If you don't have a giant bearing lying around you could do something similar with two pieces of concentric pipe.

The type of bent does not required anything complicate. Just hammer would do the work.

Awesome job! Never woulda thought of that. But please be careful wearing a wedding band or any metal ring while welding. I worked with someone who lost a finger and almost his life when the current went through his ring and melted it into his skin and he had welding with a ring on for over 10 years with no problem. 👍🏻

Hello my Friend ! Of you wann to bend thicker Materials the please just adjust one metal pice. This one has to be fix. The other one hast to be a Triangle plate so you can adjust ist with a screw from downwards. IT is pretty useful and will work great!
