  • A musical vibe similar to Under My Thumb, this song features Brian Jones on the marimba and vibraphone. Like the Under My Thumb instrumental I made, I think this one came out pretty well.

Thanks for your prompt reply - except, it wasn't an opinion. My opinion of the man is irrelevant. The fact is, contrary to your claim he absolutely was not the "heart and spirit of the Stones until his death" - that is simply nonsense. By 1968, he was a burnt out shell and left a toxic pall and dark cloud hanging over everywhere and anyone he frequented. You only have to watch the Rock n Roll Circus to witness how dispirited and incapable he was by the end of the year. By 1969 he had zero artistic bearing on the Rolling Stones and contributed virtually nothing to 'Let it Bleed'.
Very sad and very tragic, but in many ways, inevitable.

Brian doesn't even get credit on this one. So much of their 60's stuff would have gone unnoticed without their best player of all things exotica, Brian Jones.. And the real dead Jones last laugh is that that Mick and Keith get no royalties from their ABKO catalogue [62-70]. The greedy duo got F**d by then mgr. Allen Klein. As Keith said ... '' ah well, that's the price of an education''. God Bless Brian. And rest of the Stones too.

Nein, solche Mucke hat bestimmt nix mit Boney M zu tun. Wenn Musik animiert das Gebälk in Bewegung zu bringen hat sie erstmal etwas Gutes erfüllt.

Stones Beatles Who Spencer Davis Group CCR ACDC usw. FAN.

It is a Jagger/Richards composition. Chris Farlowe recorded it under supervision of Mick Jagger himself in the studio, with Jimmy Page on guitar. On July 28th, 1966, Chris Farlowe's 'Out Of Time' became No 1 in the UK single Charts for one week, following Georgie Fame an the Blue Flames with 'Getaway', and followed by 'With A Girl Like You' (The Troggs) on August 4th, 1966. .
