I've seen millions of 5.0 GTs in my lifetime. The blacked out badging and black rims provides a different look and will take getting used to. If the Shelby is too fast then this GT is a perfect fit!

You’ll find that the 10R80 gearbox doesn’t like the cold very much in manual mode. Mines sluggish in the mornings until there’s some heat in it and that’s in a relatively warm early autumn, I can’t imagine your weather conditions are helping much.
It would be great if you could compare this GT to the GT with the high performance package that you reviewed in an earlier video. Is the high performance package really worth the extra $6000? What difference does it make in terms of driving dynamics?
Fundimentally they are athe same. But you get the Brembo brakes with the performance package. I think the rear end gearing is different, can't remember. Nicer wheels, bigger spoiler, summer tires. Not not exactly worth the $6k, but I'd still opt for it just to get all the performance available in the car. It's not that noticeable driving them around town tho. If you were on the track or in the mountains you'd probably notice a difference.

I got two mustang GT a 04 mustang GT automatic dark shadow gray and a 14 mustang GT sterling gray and a 6 speed transmission and they both have the staggered chrome bullit deep dish wheels from American Muscle love both of them now I am looking and saving for the 2024 mustang GT automatic dark shadow gray or silver that silver will look really good with chrome bullit deep dish wheels staggered

Yes you can use the steering wheel mounted paddles to upshift and downshift, its not considered a manual though, just a "manual mode, meaning you can shift yourself!

Great review! I have a 2021 GT base rapid red with black stripe. Love it and daily drive it in Buffalo, NY. The only things I added were back window tint and a 12 inch Alpine subwoofer.

ok I like the super stock it sounds good but this just sounds more mean than the super stock supercharges can sometime get boring so this mustang sounds sick
Yeah the Challengers don't sound that good stock to be honest. Camaro and Mustang are better stock. The Mustang really stands out tho with its active exhaust.

That’ll be fun to drift! Probably a bit heavier to drive then a smaller Z tho. The hydronic steering is a bit more direct feeling and heavier. Electronic steering is still precise. I don’t think the steering will much of a difference between the cars. The size and weight of the Mustang will make it not quite as good as the Z I think

Most of what I found actual states closer to 4.2 even with the 10 speed. Keep in mind 0-60 test can differ greatly. If you have performance summer tires or even drag radials, on the perfect road surface in warm temps, you might get under 4 seconds. There’s way more Mustangs on the road, especially when compared to the Camaro. Anytime you give an idiot the Keys to a car with just the rear wheels managing the 460 HP/420 LB ft, usually in a corner as they pull out of the parking lot of a car meet… That’s a recipe for disaster. It’s not the Mustang, it’s the moron behind the wheel…

In a line yes. Humans cannot shift faster then an auto. And the gear ratios are more optimal for speed. Manual is way more fun to drive tho!

I don't think you can just ad leather seats without the premium trim level. Some dealers might offer KatSkin seat coverings

From the factory, the only way you can get the leather seats is if it’s a premium spec.
