“161,000 miles is a lot scared my engine might blow” boooooiii I have the exact same car same year awd and everything, and I’m at 321k miles right now. All original. I’ve owned dozens of cars, and I cannot stress enough how much I love this model of the g series. The one I have now is by far the most reliable car I’ve ever owned, and on top of that everything it offers for its price point?? I’m done sorry for the rant :)

125k miles on my 2013 G37x, only issue outside of normal wear and tear items (like brakes, one wheel bearing, etc...) was a bad fuel tank purge valve which tripped the SES light. Love the simplicity of this car (no turbos, no GDI, no CVT), its quick, reliable, and sounds great.

I bought my G37 new in 2009, Black with gray leather interior.. Have 130K on it. The transmission responds instantly if you are manually changing gears up or down. Steering is tight and responsive. Handles curves like I'm nailed to the road with Michelin tires. Came with low profile tires, but the rear end always kicked loose on tight turns and I felt every bump in the road.

I got a 2009 G37X AWD with 130,000 and it's still a REAL 0-60 in 5 or 5.1 seconds. If I emptied the car of everything and the driver was 120 pound person instead of my 240 I bet it might have chance at a 4.9. The G37's 7-speed transmission is still a thrill, Of course, this driver, like me, puts the car into S mode, which then keeps the car in 6th gear all the way up to the top speed.
