Hi. How can you change the date and time on the small screen without the radio buttons that have been removed? I want to keep my screen for the parking sensors.

How can I buy this entire kit? I’m after everything shown in the video even the rear camera if possible, I’ve been looking at a few online but they don’t seem to do all of this and are not as clean looking as this
hey mate ive just got this installed but ive noticed the skip and rewind buttons on my steering wheel dont work, where should i start to look to fix this (the volume up and down work and all buttons used to work prior to install)
@@melissawalker2620 yes ended up going over all plugs behind the unit and found it wasn't all the way in aswell as anitizing the buttons with the right controls, they now work fine
Thanks for this video, Aerpro's install video is very lacking. Not even a wiring diagram supplied for the harness which is stupid. You should have done the bracket measurements from the screw and not the end of the bracket as well, different brand head units supply different bracket cut outs. Also, I had to solder my antenna wire back on too! Ford tuck it up it the back in a way that when you remove the stereo it snags up. So anoying
hi can you help I'm in UK and have just done a xtron set up on a 64 plate wild track but I wanna hook it up to ignition live make sure it dont accidently turn on do you have any info on harness apart from is shared with the mitizy or mazda can't remember exact thanks
Mate you never mentioned anything about trimming the edge of the bottom opening, because without trimming the screws don't line up, I tried to Line it up but the screws don't line up with the original holes, I tried many times but it didn't work until I watch carefully your video and noticed that the edge has been trimmed but it's not mentioned in the video. Thanks
Its not required but we do trim the interior plastic behind dash sometimes but never the brackets or facia. Done hundreds without trimming also the screws still work! Thanks. Dan

Which car radio brand kenwood can you advise me to install in my car. Because I see that video dates from a year. I guess Kenwood had time to get out of other models. There is a radio with a wider touch screen, tesla style. Would you recommend this car radio. It comes from China and she is pretty enough. Thank you for answering me. I think its a good idea still having the blue screen there cause with park pilot, it gives your a grid to how far away you are from somthing

41:15 shows its a pain or they can't do it, i thought the same thing so it sounds like getting the reverse camera is the option.

The date/time on the PX1 screen are set on the screen itself - there's' two buttons for MIN and HOUR

My reverse camera only had around 1m of cable before the yellow plug. How did you run the camera from the rear to come up behind the dash

Can this be used with retaining the original microphone?
You would have to cut and space the original microphone its often easier to just install the new one it works better.

I would presume so if its the same style dash as what is shown then it will work this is called the PX1 Ranger.
Yes, px1 and px is the same and you need to trim 5he edge, I made a short video about it.
