2 of the chockes that my coach thought me.. thank you
It is an honor to know, train, and learn from Professor Marcos. A world class athlete and friend.
professor Marcos came to our school for a seminar not too long ago, was brilliant for us to have such a high level and highly respected professor on our mats with the school being full of white belts (has only been opened since october 2018), I look forward to hopefully meeting him again
very nice series!
I’m having trouble with this one while maintaining pressure. I feel like my own lapel is cutting into my armpit. Talking about the second lapel choke demonstrated. He appears to lift up and give up pressure thus allowing the person on bottom to scramble and move. Guess I gotta keep doing it to get it right
What other submissions can i chain from this?
Awesome
oh dang jigabu
What did he say? Best friend choke?
That's what it's sometimes called. At our school, we call it buddy choke.
Yeah, that will work in a very low white belt.
