I liked the shaved asparagus...mostly because I like seeing new ways to serve and enjoy veg. My only concern was the pre-prepared lentils...those take so long normally to cook...was wondering if you have a pre-made recipe for them or suggested prep. I've been experimenting with putting chicken bullion in all my boiled foods (pastas, veg, rices, and soups) and found that hit of salt and flavor makes it better...your thoughts?

It's nice but I would swap the butter for olive oil, and I would add a bay leaf while frying to the fish, it will give an awesome taste. Probably I will have to double the quantity since I'm cooking for my kids & hubby.

somewhere before you got half way through the asparagus the fish was over done. Butter is not prevented from burning by virtue of the oil it is prevented from burning by virtue of the water in the butter which regulates the temperature.
