Actually it's a different recipe altogether...but you're welcome to use the bread recipe. People have said this bun recipe makes a better loaf of bread but I haven't tried it.
This one in particular is homemade. But when I was practicing, I did use whatever I had in the refrigerator. It also works well with Greek yogurt or heavy cream if you don't want to use mayo
