Seems like Bucky is finally living with his two egos in harmony. In FATWS we never really see him flip his switch. Here it seems like he can go to the breaking point and stay there for as long as necessary to get the job done
Finally realized he was a badass before the winter soldier brain washing which makes him even more so now with him back in control making the choices and using all his skills, simple

@@shurikenxmusic3692 highly unlikely. We see in the trailer that he has an Sa vs61 scorpion, which is the weapon he used only ever as winter soldier. He also mainly uses his left arm in the trailer even tho Bucky is predominantly right handed, but opposite as the winter soldier. He’s also using a hydra weapon.

The odd group that's gathering the Thunderbolts might have also gotten their hands on some weapons. Teaser trailer is also heavily edited (obviously), so misdirection is possible. They also made Bucky look goddamn tired and angry at the same time in some of the scenes, so maybe after briefly experiencing freedom, he is now under the government's thumb in exchange for not being stuck in jail, under supervision at a compound or another? Since nobody is really left to vouch for him other than Sam.
