A 40 year old guy with zero mic skills, doesn't know English, is alright in the ring and can't wrestle more than 5 minutes without looking like he ran a marathon doesn't seem like someone really worth going after.
Either the move to netflix does see them allowed to get a bit darker or I can see him stuck doing nothing until fenix is out
@@elcactusdelamuerte506Nick Khan has already come out and said they’re not moving away from its current rating due to the netflix move. which makes sense, you can do a spot every now and again (2 every 4 months or so) that’ll “push the button” but shifting your content because a small portion of fans want that isn’t happening nor is it smart
isn’t the main roster the same if not more tamed ?
@@ThaTruth223 that’s why I said if it does, even if it is unlikely. Although tbf I think the exact quote was it would remain family friendly not that the rating would stay the same. We’ll have to wait and see what wwe considers “family friendly” levels of violence when it goes to Netflix.
@@elcactusdelamuerte506 The Wyatt's is a dark character, what are you talking about?😂
Oh you know it serious when he almost makes a new thumbnail template
Injury time is a pretty dumb thing when you’re injured doing work for them.
Wrestlers really need a union or geez other wrestlers should stick up for each other. There is a locker room of talent that have worked with Rey Fenix and Ricky Starks that should be asking questions unless they want it done to them.
They did added time for injury to Danhausen too I believe
It's sad because aew really needed to try to keep these two guys but they never took care of these two guys
Phoenix signed the contract, he's a big boy I’m kinda annoyed at fans moaning and complaining when people only know his side of the story which he of course deleted and the luchabros have a history of burning bridges so imho we gotta wait and see what’s going on, he’s also free to take independent bookings
Yet people still like AEW?
there’s much worse going on in other companies lets be honest 🤧
Let him go AEW! I really want just one match of a Rey and Rey tag team. I'd love to see them as champs, even transition champs, but a "Rey Band" would be an awesome team name.
I seem to remember Tony doing something similar with Punk after Brawl Out. Funny that.
5:20 what good does that do anyone?
My guy, hes getting paid to do nothing. Free money!
Tony McKhan
Tony doesn’t like the fact that people see AEW as a stepping stone to WWE. It exposes the fact they were only ever competition tot NXT.
Also I believe they will try to hold Rey until atleast after the Rumble.
5:34 they said they weren't going to do that but they've done nothin but
You wanna know something funny the only episode of AEW my family watched was the one of Rey Fenix dislocating his elbow so.
I don’t see a problem……. He signed a contract, and as a private contractor, which means AEW owes him nothing, but he must follow the terms of the contract. Complaining about this is useless, simply sit back and take the check. Take it as a lesson learned and be smart enough to have lawyers READ your contract to protect you and your best interest. Wrestling companies owe talent nothing other than following the contract.
There has to be something illegal about this.
Something smells fishey with aew
Its Anna jay
Odds that Fenix ultimately ends up getting released but Only If he signs an NDA?!? Seems to be Tony Khans way of doing business.
Fenix is only guy giving me vibes of prime mysterio.
He need push what he deserves, it doesn't matter wwe should do that or existing company but it should happen with this true generational talent
From what I've read online tony is hesitant on letting people go cause of how successful Ethan Page became in wwe
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Hey Nepo Baby Tony your hypocrisy is showing again.
Dub fans need to realize that at the end of the day Tony is still a billionaire. He might try to act like he's got the fans best interests in mind. He might act like he cares. And he may really do. But he's still a billionaire. And that changes so much. I see people saying it's the next Vince? Are you insane? The difference is Tony is a billionaire who cares what people think. Yet still makes decisions anyway. Vince doesn't care what people think and still makes his decisions. One just wastes more of our time
Tony isn't even a billionaire. He's a billionaire's entitled son.
@@WallyHays great point Uce!
#FreeReyFenix
Pretty much EVERYONE wants to leave AEW and that's show how much Punk was right about this joke of a company.
Rey Fenix has the right too Leave wtf man 🤦🏻♂
Seems fair to me. Wwe does it. Wrestling is a scummy business. Wrestlers know it when they get into the biz.
Lolololol and people actually disagreed with Punk through all of the warnings.
Children running the show lol
If Tony wants this to go away as quckily as possible and Fenix wants to leave heave them compromise have Tony agree to let Fenix go only if he signs an NDA. If what Fenix was alluding to is true Tony isn’t going to what that out there.
im sure wwe is looking at him thinking "sure, he wont do the same to us" lol....this dude isnt very smart is he? its called a contract and YOU signed it. i hope he gets suspended which only extends his contract.
Tony doesn't act like a boss and everyone complains. He finally does and everyone complains. Pick a poison.
This whole situation is sketchy af.
I thought that was Rey Mysterio
Getting punished for pleasing Tony with spot heavy matches week to week. And like alot of other AEW talent getting severe injuries.
We need phenix vs rey mysterio
ok so he signs a contract, has loads of time off for injuries. as per his contract, injury time can be added to the end of the contract. then rumors leak that they were already in talks with wwe , after that fenix thinks its a good idea to throw a tantrum on social media. now wwe is debating if its even a good idea to sign him because of his tantrum. sounds like another jeff hardy problem....create your own mess and dont take accountability
Did you watch the video
AEW is trying not to become like the other brands when Vince was running wwe 😂 they don’t wanna lose the talent to better checks but it’s wwe it’s the best
Why shouldn't AEW do what they are doing WWE do the same
8:26 my Man U said the link below like 3 times 😂 also solid video man AEW is ass they need to let fénix and penta go
Tony Khan yet again spitting his dummy out & showing everyone he's nothing but a petty jealous brat all because Penta & Fenix are going to WWE. Tony only has himself to blame for not booking them right in the first place starting to become a common theme with AEW
If he signed on the dotted line as Rey Fenix, then retiring the character would free him from his contractual obligation.
Easy, fenix just needs to shove someone else next to Tony khan making Tony fear for his life
what in the vince mcmahon 🤦♀️
Guessing Fenix will be on Rampage jobber/substitute wrestler duty at AEW til at least 2026
Boo hoo? No one forced him to resign. You can’t sign a contract and then think you can automatically leave when you “feel” like it. That’s not how business works and it would cost more money to break it anyways. Thats his own stupidity/probably needs a better manager that explains things better and he needs to humble himself cause he could not be getting paid at all 💯🤷🏽♀️
Rey Fenix will be at the rumble.
Trapped is a funny way of saying contractual obligations. 😂
TK is a split image of Vince McMahon.
Great video of wrestling 🤼♀️
latino here so am very biased but rey fenix is a great luchador hope they push him, penta, and dragon lee in WWE
Just Free Rey Fenix Already AEW
He Does Deserve Much Better
Penta also has a cult following from Lucha U.
Ray fenix beat moxley it's canon
