Very pleased with mine, got them around Chinese New Year (had previously got a pair for my wife). Happy with the sound quality (and my wired rig is relatively audiophile, so I'm quite picky) and overall find them to be an easy recommendation. I have found that the noise cancellation doesn't cancel voices though, and that's a bit disappointing. As in, it specifically lets those frequencies through. But for other environmental noise they do a good enough job.
Thanks for the review as just about to get the OnePlus 12. Makes a change for someone to review using voice in a noisy environment! would be good to add in a busy chatty environment. I had the first gen of standard Oneplus buds and they literally sounded no different to the Sony xm5 headphones. Obviously they don't have the noise cancelling features but the sound quality was no different at all considering you can't really have the xm5's very loud unless you want everyone in your country hearing what you're listening to.
To be honest, they're no different to any other headphones. It's just that headphones obvious have more sound leakage and the XM5s seem quite quiet.
