    Entha Aparna Western Meadows aithe matram, 200+ Acres layout lo 20+ villas construction and btw most of them are weekend getaways, it's not called development.

    80k in Mokila is a joke bro, there is no hospital, no mall nothing near by. For ex If you get down from secunderabad railway station its a pain to reach here as most cab drivers will reject your request or service itself is unavailable. It's just one example, you have to struggle for everything as it's far away from city.

      Bro, this is west side of the city and we should calculate distance from IT offices and not secundrabad. This suits mostly for IT and people work in proximity.

    The problem with this venture is as started quoting 80K per sq yards even the smaller villas and others also started quoting 80k. It's became headache for investment now.

    Agree with everyone here that 80k is damn expensive. But we should keep in mind that the herd who go for Villas far away from city are different and their requirements are different. It was clearly evident that multiple people bought villas by spending more than 5 cr across and far away from the city 😊. This is not for everyone who watches this video.

    Mokila is a very nice area to live, it is free from pollution. Aparna western meadows is very well maintained. If you want to live next to train station and paradise restaurant, this is not the area for you 🙏

Residential purpose lo thappa commercial ga use avvani plots enduku kontunnaru, enduku maintain cheyyatledu, annanni ventures enduku vesthunnaru. Manishi jeevitham lo max 1 or 2 plots avasaram padthadi. Eppudu janam thondarapadi konna , second sale lo new venture lo ne kontaru. buyer dorikithe 1ruupee 1rupee geesi geesi adugutharu.
