    Too Pricey .. per SQ YD . almost 1 Lakh . Dont go for this kind of properties .. Very poor construction .

    House looks good. Prices is also OK if it is located in a good location. When it comes to Mokila, people have issues to buy at that rate. If the main road is made as a 8 lane road and the inner roads as 4 lane roads, these properties would be sold like hot cakes. Currently, there is nothing in mokila that attracts the customers. People will lose 10 to 15 years for this area to get into a developed layout.

      Can we expect in future with main road as a 8 lane road and the inner roads as 4 lane roads,because kollur/ tellapur has better road connectivity with 8 lane

    As the prices been hyped, better quote the realistic rate. It could be a choice for around 1.5Cr - 1.75Cr

    THey are saying real estate is going down. Yet prices have reached almost 4cr that to in village areas. What is going on? Do you guys want to make deals or waste time with unrealistic misinformation?

    Plot Rs 60000 * 300 + Construction 2800 * 2200 + Amenities 15L = 2 CR. So, 2 Cr to 2.5 (max) is a reasonable price. Anything above 2.5 Cr is hyped price
