    6.25 cr aa?? వారనీ .... మార్చిలో నా స్నేహితుడు గృహ ప్రవేశం చేసాడు భూజాలో . 7.35cr కు కొన్నాడు . అచ్చం ఇలాగే ఉంది 2600 sft అని చెప్పాడు . ఇది పంపాలని ఉంది కానీ మళ్ళీ బాధ పడతాడు . వద్దులే .
    కానీ ఇరవై సంవత్సరాల హౌస్ లోన్ . మంచిగా భోజనం చేసి వచ్చేసా .

      Real Estate is inflation proof. In India apartment's rental rate of return cannot justify the investment cost. I guess there is premium attached to future price and non-financial factors.

    Come to Andhra, a water rich state in India.. we are constructing Amaravati, vijag Bhogapuram, Kris city, Tirupati smart City and we have three international Airport 7 regional airport, 4 seaports. 4 expressways 2 industrial corridor and 1 Economic corridor. Premier Indian institutes, PCPIR region , heavy industries like Vijag steel plant, KIA, hero motor corp, BEL etc..

Tell me what happened in Andhra since 2014? Nothing right ? So even if now telangana or Hyderabad gives bheeksha to Andhra, it will not still develop if you have people like jagan Mohan ruling there

    Rent, school fees, transportation cost, food cost (if you don't stay in old Hyderabad) have skyrocketed many folds in last 3-4 years in Hyderabad. Employees get less salary and are forced to pay very high rent here. The city doesn't even have a lot of avenues of entertainment or visiting places. All employees should pressurize their respective companies to provide remote working (WFH) option or else to switch/leave the job. This should be done by large united group of employees working in their respective teams/departments to take proper effect.
    Hyderabad real estate sector is overheated. Don't buy/rent here.

    Before Covid Hyderabad real estate had value for money. 7 cr could get you a small home in Jubilee Hills, however 7 cr for an apartment today is insane. I’ll never invest in Hyderabad real estate. It is HYPER INFLATED to say the least.

      When it is built initially itself, they would have probably bought it for more than 2 crore .. 3 to 5 years back… that time sqft was 7000 to 8000 in this area… now it will be at least 14000 per sqft
