Before Covid Hyderabad real estate had value for money. 7 cr could get you a small home in Jubilee Hills, however 7 cr for an apartment today is insane. I’ll never invest in Hyderabad real estate. It is HYPER INFLATED to say the least.
When it is built initially itself, they would have probably bought it for more than 2 crore .. 3 to 5 years back… that time sqft was 7000 to 8000 in this area… now it will be at least 14000 per sqft
