      No one will give even 1cr for these flats if they come to know about smell coming from nearby pharma companies. It is simply unliveable in such a toxic and polluting environment.

    1 cr becomes comedy due to fake, false boom realestate😂.
    Total Fake rates due to false boom..
    Reality is different..all buyers sufferwith high loans, their life time savings gone..
    So no one buying due to fake rates. Now, Bubble already bursting...wait few years for low half rates.

      That never happens. All these areas are gonna be developed very well. No one will sale at half price. At this point of time that price looks too much and it is as I see same prices in Kokapet now. In few years with good development it can be the most happening place as Myhome have most of the land bank there and Malls, Hospitals are gonna come soon.

      Rates will never come down. No one will sell their real estate investment for half price. If builder reduces the price to half, then there will be 10x more people waiting to buy. So, it will never happen unless you are dreaming 😂

      Funny thing is amenities persft 3rs anta ..so it comes to 6k monthly and u cannot use swimming pool, gym, shuttle, basket ball courts..for that again we need to pay monthly membership anta..lol..😃
