كيف يتواصل العمل المدني في السودان بعد عام من الحرب؟

عام كامل مرّ على الحرب في السودان، وما زلنا في دائرة من المأساة والمعاناة المستمرة. نفقد أرواحًا ثمينة، وندفع ثمنًا باهظًا لصراع مسلح يعصف ببلادنا. فقد شهدنا في هذا العام فقدان الآلاف من الأبرياء، واختفاء قسري للعديد، ونهبا لثروات الشعب وممتلكاته.
إلى جانب كل ذلك، تتجاوز أزمة النزوح حدود الوصف، متسببة في تشتت الأسر وعزل الأفراد. النساء يتعرضن لانتهاكات فظيعة، بينما يعاني أطفال السودان من غياب التعليم ويواجهون مصيرًا مجهولا.
ومع ذلك، وسط هذا الظلام، تتجلى صورة ملهمة، مدفوعة بإيمان عميق بأن التنظيم المجتمعي خلال هذه الفترة هو الامل لمجابهة سلطة الواقع، والبذرة التي حتما ستنبت تنظيمات مجتمعية ديمقراطية قادرة على تحقيق واستدامة السلام والتنمية في المستقبل، نستعرض هنا فيضاً من مجهودات السودانيون وتضامنهم لمواجهة تداعيات الحرب وتخفيف المعاناة بكل الوسائل الممكنة. ينظمون غرف طوارئ ودور إيواء، و مطابخ للطعام ويعيدون تشغيل المستشفيات المتضررة وينشطون الحياة الثقافية لتخفيف العبء عن كاهل هذا الشعب.
A full year has passed since the devastating war in Sudan, and we are still suffering in a cycle of ongoing tragedy. we lose precious lives and pay a heavy price for an armed conflict that is tearing our country apart. This year, we have witnessed the loss of thousands of innocent people, the forced disappearance of many, and the looting of the people's wealth and possessions.
However, amidst this darkness, an inspiring picture emerges, driven by a deep belief that community organizing during this period of Sudan's history is the hope for confronting the power of reality, and the seed that will inevitably sprout into effective democratic community organizations capable of achieving and sustaining peace and development in the future. Here, we review a glimpse of the immense efforts and solidarity of the Sudanese people to confront the repercussions of the war. They organize emergency rooms and shelters, food kitchens, reopen damaged hospitals, and activate cultural life to ease the burden on the shoulders of the people.
