Boxing coaches Ray Rinaldi and Chris Burns provide a nurturing environment for urban kids at the Western Area Athletic and Education Center in Syracuse, New York. They believe there are no bad kids, only bad environments. So at their gym they teach their aspiring pugilists to lead with their brains, as well as their fists.
