Today we are testing: Uncle Studios, Madewell, Kotn, Babaton, Wilfred, Sunday Best, Uniqlo and Province of Canada
These are all frequently asked questions online all focused on the ultimate wardrobe basic! The white tee is a basic, staple wardrobe essential and yet it seems impossible to find the perfect one. Today I am putting 8 recommended white t-shirts to the test! I ranked them all based on the same criteria such as fit, sustainability, fabric, price, packaging, size inclusivity and overall value! The uniqlo one looks so nice! I was surpised at how much you liked the first aritzia one, considering you spent a lot of the time pulling it down, maybe that’s just a no no for me 😂❤️
The Uniqlo one is my fav still. I did a little wardrobe declutter the other day and because I had these options I ended up passing on that one from Aritzia! I completely agree it just wasn't the one and I really don't want to have to pull at it or have to adjust it! Good catch we're on the same wavelength haha

Really enjoyed this video! Have the Uniqlo shirt in a variety of colors. It’s my favorite shirt. You can wash the shirt so many times and it still feels like you just purchased it from the store.

I might try the Kotn ones because I like the shape more. The Uniqlo ones has a lovely thick material but the fit is off on me. I prefer a boxy fit and had to order two sizes up to get a better fit. Question, what type of bra are you wearing under white t-shirts? I always have trouble with that! It looks really seamless on you so I was curious!
Oh I think you will love the KOTN one if you like a boxy fit. I posted this video awhile ago and I still love that t-shirt. It's so thick and amazing quality. I believe it's the T'shirt bra from Victorias Secret! Tough to remember but that one is my go to 🥰

Fabric is often described as having "body" and not stiffness. I prefer clothes with some body.

For the aritzia shirt is it possible that it’s tighter because you got a small? If I got a medium do you think the neckline would be loose because I like a fitted look but I don’t want a small cause I’m not a fan of tight feels
Hmm great point! I love the Sunday best one the best for the Aritzia ones. I think the other ribbed one was just too short even if you size up!

@@AmandaWeldon thanks for the reply, I went ahead with the Sunday best ribbed tee but the “hip” version so it was a little longer and I got a M. The fabric has a interesting different feel but I like the shirt.
I have a problem with see through white tshirts where the bra can be seen. Too many of those and very few that are good.
Oh yah that is a pet peeve of mine too! The Uniqlo one has been a dreammm! Still my absolute favourite and can't see a bra through 🥰🙋🏼♀️

I was thinking the same thing so I looked it up for us! I remember Allegra mentioning this in a past video but this is what it says on the site. USD: Our currency is in $ USD since most of our expenses are in USD and the foreign exchange risk was too high. :) Hope that helps!!

For anyone else here looking for reviews. I happened to buy a ton of Madewell t shirts (like 9 diff colors of the same tshirt style), because I loved the fit so much. BUT they were not durable at all, started getting a ton of holes just 3 years into wearing them (not from moths, just from washing normally). So despite loving the fit I'd advise against Madewell tees as their quality is kinda trash.
This is good insight!! It's honestly the one I've worn the least! Still love my Uniqlo, Uncle Studios and Sunday Best ones!!
I don't think they can be blamed for moths. Moths will eat the best fabric just as much. You need moth balls. By

As someone who consistently ranges between 2-4X depending on sizing, I cringed when you said that XXL is size inclusive. Please consider giving recommendations that range for plus size people as well when giving options. Thank you!
