I love the fact that eventhough they insert exercise into their classes they never stray away from yoga core principles and do it so subtle and encouraging that you're able to keep up throughout their entire classes depending on your level.
Were it not for Bre's guidance, cues, and encouragement, this class would be physically and mentally impossible for me beyond 10 minutes. At the end I'm sitting cross-legged, seriously wondering how I managed to complete it. There's only one answer: Sherpa Bre. This is another brilliant showcase of Bre's phenomenal strength. She doesn't take a single break AND she talks into a mic the whole time. Bre, truly inspiring. Thanks for a great workout and the sense of accomplishment I felt after. Lots of love and gratitude.

You don't realize how strong a yogi is until you do a flow with them. I realized how weak my core was midway through the first leg of this video. Breathe is strong and was going non-stop. I had to stop to let my muscles breath lmao RESPECT. And she was talking while doing these movements. PROPS
I have to admit this class was more intense than i expected and core is my weak spot but i was able to keep up through most of the class, will definitely repeat this class later on throughout the week to see if I'm actually able to keep up through the entire class, Thank You Bre for this awesome practice, you are a blessing to us all. 🙏
I took this class today after a bad night sleep, a day full of work, tiredness and anger. At the beginning of the practice I was repeating to myself it would have been too hard for me today, I wouldn't have been able to finish it. But I did, I used all the willpower I had inside me. Your channel is helping me a lot and today was my rest day, no work, no schedules, only relax… but it was 9 pm and i felt guilty with myself… i was able to do almost everything here in a way or another, but especially , i did it! so I totally grateful! I wasn't able to complete the two mins so I'll keep doing shorter core trainings throughout the week to come back for the challenge and see if I'm able to pull off the entire class from beginning to end.

This was amazing! I'm 53 and new to practicing BJJ. I injured my back this summer outside of class, and made it worse by rolling. I've taken almost 6 weeks off, and have really been focusing on getting all-over healthy, so I can continue BJJ in a week. Besides doing a lot of your animal flow and yoga for men , I tried this workout today. It was perfect; my back has never felt so much more relaxed, yet stronger until now. I tried this class after having a nasty cold and admittedly I had to adjust the poses because they're pretty strong. But I managed to only breathe through my nose and finish the video and it just felt good to move. I feel a lot more relaxed now. Thanks!

I was quivering and shaking during that two minute plank and my form starting going quite awry but I ploughed through Bre! I was going to hold for two min if the record holder can do 8hrs!!! Thank you for pushing and helping us discover avenues of strength we have within ourselves 💕
Guys thanks for doing what you do. I’ve been following your classes for around 6 months but have only genuinely started doing 1-2 hours of yoga daily in the last month. I’ve noticed major strength gains in my core and lower back, and much more control over my diaphragm & breath. I have a nasty ankle injury after a motorbike crash 3 years ago and I’ve also noticed my toes in the affected foot/ankle gaining lots of flexibility and strength, my ankle will never be what it was but again, it’s improving. I will keep going 🧘♂️ ✌️. Tim

Wow! While I practice with Bre and Flo for a while and feel pretty comfortable doing advance power yoga classes, this was HARD!!! I had to stop the video a number of times and when I usually try to push myself to not give up the poses until they are done, this time I didn’t manage to hold up the last forearm plank. Just rested in a down dog instead😂 I see a lot of space for improvement and now I know that I need more strengthening of the core. As always, excellent job, Bre! Thank you for such an amazing, encouraging and active class! Coming back for this one for sure!
Wtf.. I've followed Flo for awhile now and in one of his Yoga for men classes, he encouraged to try your class.. and I just pick this one randomly today.. I had to pause several times just to catch my breathe...
