As someone who's been reading it from the start, that did an amazing job with the adapation and i can't wait for more episodes. You can just tell when a studio is doing is soley for money or that they actually care about the things they make. Dandadan is going to be a one of a kind show!
One thing you gotta love about dandadan is that the author quite literally threw in every single criteria for a good anime. But not making it feel overwhelmed or outshadow stuff like the romance aspect, its planned to perfect with balance. The totally insanity of dandadan is just gonna keep exeeding expectations. Whatever crazy stuff you think they can pull off, they wiill take it 10 steps further. (The weird fan service in the ep will quickly dimish after a few ep, so don't worry)
Tbh I'd say the best stories/manga/anime usually has this grounded feeling, like relatable situations and deep dynamics between characters, kinda slice of life, while pairing it with anything else. Hardest part is the balancing act and staying "grounded" to these characters, to not forget about the small moments and making them big rather than focusing too much about the spectacles. Dandadan one of those that definitely got the formula nailed!
By the way, Kensuke Ushio composed the soundtrack for this anime; he’s the one who crafted the masterpieces of soundtracks for Chainsaw Man and A Silent Voice 😃
As a fan of the dandadan manga, I was very surprised that it would become an anime. After watching the anime with my mother (my mother also likes anime) my mother and I were very funny, my mother hopes that Eps 2 will be broadcast😂😂
