I cracked your lock with a single flaw 😅.
How come you guys didn't noticed these.
Am owing one of these for 6 months and now just thinking of getting it replaced with Qubo or Tapo.
If I get an Applause or a small reward, I will be ready to share that big flaw exist on your software 😊.

All explained its electronic capabilities and installation methods, But the most required is the Strength and Sturdiness of the locking mechanism. There is no information on the Mechanical strength of the lock...

First of all, apologies for the late reply. This comment got missed. Secondly, thank you for pointing this out. Your feedback is noted. We will emphasize on the mechanical strength of the lock in our future communication. To answer your question, the lock comes with a heavy-duty Stainless Steel mortise with 3 deadbolts, 1 latch, and 1 manual deadbolt. Once the deadbolts are engaged, the mechanical strength of the lock is far superior than the typical non-smart locks.
Please read this before buying.
You can configure the pins and enable/disable access only within a Bluetooth range. So, all pins have to be pre-configured while you are in a Bluetooth range. And only those pins can be shared with people when you are remote. You cannot configure a new pin remotely and share it with someone.
Also this is a huge security flaw when you are remote and want to revoke access of certain users or delete pins.
The app has feature to disbale fingerprints, pins, etc but not remotely.
This has wifi(2.4G) connectivity only to see the access history in the app. But sadly if you see any suspicious activity in the history and you are remote, you cannot do anything about it which is revoking access.

First of all, thank you for trying out the Atomberg SL 1.0. The lock has Bluetooth (more specifically BLE) connectivity only as has been mentioned in all the communication. Even history is synced over BLE only, and if you are away from the lock, the last synced history is shown. So the limitations you mentioned w.r.t remote access are correct. However, we'd urge you to focus on the benefits you get over traditional locks. Convenience is the major reason for upgrading to a smart lock, and in terms of security as well, these locks are much more mechanically and electronically secure and give you a lot more inputs than a traditional non-smart locks.
Also, we realized that people may not always pre-configure enough pins for future remote access and therefore we made the app automatically set 6 shareable OTPs at the time of configuration. And the family sharing feature allows you to share access to the lock in the app with multiple trusted people. So if you are away from the lock and wish to delete some pins or keys, you can give family access to a trusted person who would be near the lock, and ask them to do the needful. Is this lock compatible with the TT lock app? I want to configure it with a wifi gateway hub.

No, the lock is not compatible with TT Lock app. This kind of compatibility would have exposed your lock data to a third party Chinese player, which is against our data security and privacy practices.

Few queries
1] Do all 4 family members get the "Physical key" too along with the set purchase. And can we go out and remake a duplicate if one of the physical key is lost..? What do we do if we need a spare key?
2] Can the battery re-charged through USB charger (like mobile charger) directly from a electrical point (inside or outside the door...?

Thanks for your queries. Here are the responses.
1. We provide two physical keys in the box. These keys are difficult to replicate, as they are designed for additional security. However, if you want a physical "key" to be carried by every family member, you can consider NFC Cards. Any card with NFC technology can be added to the lock. Two are provided in the box, and several others (like the access cards of your office, or Tap-To-Pay cards can be used). Even phones with NFC technology can be used to unlock.
2. The lock works on AA cells which are typically non-rechargeable and therefore recharge provision isn't provided. We have provided a micro-USB port to power up the lock in case the battery is dead and you are stuck outside.

1. Can a "NFC technology Keychain" be considered instead of a 'typical Card'..? or you might keep that as an option with added cost.

1) Yes, a keychain would work as well as long as it is NFC.
2) It can work with rechargeable AA cells. However, the ones provided in the box are non-rechargeable. If you do use rechargeable cells, then the recharging has to be done by taking the cells outside the lock. Cost is one major factor. Another is that most people would not have a charging port near their door. But the feedback is taken, and we shall consider this in our future product iterations.

the lady speaks of the battery getting drained and that the battery of the lock should be changed. depending on how often the battery drains off, this can be inconvenient. how often does the battery drain off?

The locks have a typical battery life of 8 months, and it might be even more if your usage is less. You can always check the battery level in the Atomberg Home app. When the battery is low, the lock gives LED and audio signals during every unlock that prompt you to replace it.
What if the power battery of lock is fused off

If the battery can't work, you can use the emergency power bank to enter the home, and then call for a technician to have a look at the electronics. The event is unlikely as the system works on 5V DC, and is not prone to surges.
Why cant we disable auto locking immediately after closing and make it voluntary or set a timer instead

If we understand correctly, you want the lock to be unlocked without authentication if it was authenticated once. We have a feature called 'Passage Mode' in the latest app update that serves this purpose. Timer for deciding unlock time is not present yet. Passage mode, once enabled, has to be disabled manually.
If the battery drains, will the mechanical way of opening be disabled?
No, the mechanical way will always work
Can you restrict access for a registered user remotely?
No. Since the lock works with Bluetooth only, you need to be present near the lock to disable access for any user.

Is this compatible with Alexa or Google Home automation
No. This lock works only with Bluetooth, and therefore doesn't have Alexa/Google compatibility. However, we have designed the experience such that you will not feel the need to use voice assistants.
Does it have child safe?

No, the child-safe feature is not present with this lock.
Can v use this lock in double doors
This one will be a bit tricky for double doors. We may come up with a variant for double doors soon.
what is battery power is down?
You can connect a power bank from outside to power up the lock. Then enter and replace the batteries.
The power bank charging should be grim inside. As any1 can take away the powerbank
The powerbank is not within the lock. You can use any powerbank with a micro-USB cable.

One big con .. it's difficult to find a micro USB cable these days.. now apple is also using type C why these companies are still using Micro USB ports
