Hi, Great information in your video. I wanted to check can this be installed in kind of wiring? I mean, I live in a high rise using some VDP already. Can the same sort of wiring be re used for this VDP device? So that I dont have to do any new wiring or there should not be any limitation. 2nd in how many mobile device this can be seen/installed at a time.
It has very small viewing angle compared to other competitors. Just 60 degree viewing angle. You can see that clearly in the video. It's really major drawback. Otherwise worth at its price.
Is this water proof? In case of raining. Also, does it needs to be connected through wifi? We have wifi at home but there are no wifi signal at main gate.

The technician came today and told me that the reset button and the touch button are not working. I called your support and the only option is to buy a new device. Not a reliable device.

Hello - Few questions please: (1) Can we pair multiple mobile devices with the bell so the visitors can be viewed by multiple family members at a time? (2) Can we view the visitors on the mobile even if we are out of town (using different internet network for the mobile) or does it work only if the mobile is connected to the same wi-fi network as that of the door bell? Thanks!
Hey, 1) yes you can pair multiple phones. I am not sure about the limit but i have currently two phones linked to the same bell 2) yes you can access the bell from anywhere as long as you have the internet and the bell is connected at home with the stable internet connection.
DO NOT BUY THIS .... Bhai ye wahiyaat company hai. Don't promote. I had the same doorebell and touch sensor stopped working after 1 year. I contacted customer care, they said this unit is not repairable and you have to pay additional 3500/- to buy new one in exchange.
I understand you had a bad experience but i have installed 3 doorbells so far for personal use. Apart from laggy software everything is working fine. The bell sensor is not touch anymore and its a push buttin
Just ignore this door bell, i had this n faced many problems so i opted for the cp plus battery inbuilt door bell, i can monitor all my cctv's connected to nvr along with CP-l23 bell( even it has flaws, but it is negligible for its price, just 4K at local store)
Will it Announce the Vistor while ringing the Bell on Google Home Devices (Google Home Nest Speaker or Nest Hub Screen) ? 2) Will we get Video feed on the Nest Hub Screen? 3) Will the Google Nest Mini speaker announce when the Bell is pressed?

Hey thanks for your comment. At the moment its only for mobile but you can view the preview on Alexa or google Nest hub

What were the problems you faced in Qubo, which made you shift to CP Plus? How is CP Plus better than Qubo?
