Eduardo's case is absolutely heartbreaking. He loved being part of a circus performer team, but the people who should helped nurture his passion were the ones to take everything from him. The warning signs were there, and multiple people saw them.
Hug your loved ones tight. Have a safe weekend.

I have followed you guys for years now & normally can contain my composure unless Yergy starts to cry or I hear a crack in her voice it normally gets to me!
Other than that normally I would say that I am very strong & well composed but when you got to the part where Aurea Garcia, Eduardo Luis mother says she thought losing her mother was the worst pain for her life not knowing she was going to survive that pain only to find herself suffering from the lose of her child from a extremely cruel and horrible situation that she could have never imagined because she thought her son was safe with his biological father is truly heartbreaking, as tears were falling from my eyes with this one because it made me reflect on my own life, it makes me extremely sad because I am a single mother to my son who is 10 & my mother is my best friend so i truly sympathize for her, I would simply lose my mind with the two great loves of my life so I can’t imagine what she is feeling it breaks my heart for her, it is so very sad & very tragic!
you know what ,I am sure I’m not the only one who’s saddened & to simply put it tried of people saying that the world lost another child because maybe this child will be the one to help bring change that system so very much needs,& never saying this child needed the system and no one listened to the mother period, I hope this case helps any way it can, but the as we are all well aware adults in the system need to change, and have to admit
Flaws and their own mistakes and I don’t see it happening but I pray to a higher power for change that needs to be & should be happening already, because it should not keep taking countless lives & truly the lose of innocence to see that the system is broken & that it’s been broken long enough, the system needs to change it has every opportunity for better, so I pray that we see some true reform, and change..!! Because being better doing better than before and helping to save lives of innocent children will be true justice in these cases… I love you guys and I support this channel I stand with you, much respect and love all the way from Alabama..!! Keep up all the good work it’s worth it, you guys are making a difference and an impact.. 💙🩵

If we convict cops for breaking certain laws, there would be less cops. Good or bad.
If we convict teachers/caseworkers for failing certain duties, there would be less of them.

What a wonderful neighbor. She bought me a hermit crab with cage, food, shells etc. I was so happy but my step dad discarded of it. Along with a slew of other horrific forms of unwarranted punishment. I’ve gone my whole adulthood thus far without taking baths (only showers) because the bath tub was a place of CA for me too. Thank God my biological father was able to find the money for a lawyer and got custody of me when I was about 13. A lot of damage had already been done by then though. I have never worked in CPS, but I have worked in psychiatry. I saw DOZENS of people every week who had thoughts of killing themselves, or had prior attempts.
      999 out of 1,000 will be fine with outpatient care…but 1 won’t.
Or teen boys brought in with a notebook full of violent drawings or stories. None I saw went on to “do something,” but one will.
We as a society have to try to spot “the one” and many are prevented, but it isn’t possible to predict perfectly.
That said, I agree homeschooling is a gift to abusers, and should be monitored more.

Why? I pulled my kid out of school and the school turned around and investigated me and they do it all the time. Red flags would be more like not allowing the child to see a doctor alone, not allow the child to see a therapist or psychiatrist alone ECT
My son's school was like like the wild wild West and during recess a group of kids pushed my son on the concrete he hit his head (I live across the street and see an ambulance but no call ) and later find out 2 minutes before school gets out it was my son! The principal was gone after one year and I think multiple people tried to sue the school
This was a rather wealthy suburb that people purposely move home with their parents to go to a better school but after COVID it was pure madness . The teachers and social workers had no control but also would deny everything. My son constantly came home with bruises, I went to the police station , took my son to the doctor, therapist, psychiatrist ECT
It really was horrible and still effects him. The strange thing is the same area has at least 7 alternative schools for kids who get kicked out of school. But no one was even getting in trouble for punching people, kicking and this was done in front of school workers. After my son left one of our neighbors was stabbed with a small knife by one of the bullies and moved to another state
Don't make random statements you have no idea what you are talking about. Schools are state run and like police have this clause that protects them. The school can do anything to your kids and while police have body cams school teachers refuse to be recorded!!! Why??

I’m not saying cps is right, but there are some things u should know. As a cps worker u have to drive to people’s houses, spend enough time there to gauge how things are, while not going over ur hours. Most cps workers have waaaaaay too many cases they have to do in one day. Just like at state run retirement homes, there are too many people who need help and not enough workers. If I have to visit 30 people in one day. Let’s say I have an 8 hour shift, that means I get less than 30 mins with each family. If u count travel time too, then u probably get maybe 7 minutes in each case house…..

So each of the parents claim the other is abusive. The stepmother says she's been SA'd, like that's an excuse. What female _hasn't_ been SA'd?! Sadly, not many. But the vast majority of us treat children with love, compassion, empathy, and respect, both our children and others'. No kind of abuse inflicted upon a person gives them the right or the excuse to abuse others. In fact, it's the exact *opposite* - those who have been abused should understand how it feels and do everything in their power to prevent others from experiencing it!

Yes, it is a horrific thing to go through, but just because you go through that doesn’t give you a green card to hurt others. I’m so sick of people using their trauma as reasons to do horrible things. If your mentally sound enough to understand you have an issue, then go seek therapy. If not, I don’t have any sympathy for you and you get what’s coming to you. I’m also sick of people (usually women) getting a pass because they claim their partner was abusive. I know that’s a hard and horrible situation to go through, but if you’re still willing to allow someone else (especially a child) to suffer in horrific and tortuous ways just to save your own skin, then you’re just as bad as the abuser. Not saying they deserve as much as the main criminal, but they definitely don’t deserve to get any sympathy or plea deals

I really loathe that people try to use prior SA/CA as an excuse to harm others. No, that's not how that works.
About 1/3 of victims become perpetrators.
That doesn't mean that there isn't mental health issues with the survivors.
It means that not everyone that is abused becomes abusers themselves.
Many of the survivors choose professions to help others by becoming social workers, doctors, lawyers, nurses, etc.
You want to meet some of the meanest people around? Meet Survivors that go into professions to help others. We don't fuck around but abusers will find out. You're good? We are the nicest people you can meet. You do harm to others? We will work within the laws to make your punishment the most heinous we can provide within the laws. I know this first hand.
Which is why I constantly tell people to contact their politicians and get laws changed. Vote responsibly. And more. There are way too many ideas and laws that protect the perpetrator and not the survivor if they are a child. The false and epically stupid notion of keeping the family unit together or reunification is bullshit and still goes on in 2024.

I like how you always try to include details about the children’s personalities, interests, and hobbies. Some channels see them as just victims in a case to cover for views, but it’s important to remember that they were people with thoughts, feelings, and interests just like we are. Thank you for being a voice for these innocent kids❤️Rest in Peace Eduardo👼

I used to work for CPS in Phoenix, AZ and we did not interview the alleged abused child in front of the parents, but every state is different. In AZ CPS motto is "Family re-unionification at any cost" I quit the day one of my children in my case-load was murdered by her mother the day she got custody back after losing custody because "the mother" tied her daughter to the bed with nylons and beat her within an inch of her life with one of those huge wooden brushes you use in the shower to scrub your back! The "mother" was forced to tak 3 months of anger management classes, like i said within 1 hour of getting her daughter back she beat the life out of her and she told the police officers that "she made me do it" i quit the second i got the call from the police informing me what happened.😅

My sister and I went thru some similar abuse. Our mother sent us from Texas to Virginia, to our father’s while she finished nursing school. It was hell. I was 11 and was 12 when my mom realized what was wrong and came to get us. The authorities were involved in Virginia , reported by my little sisters teacher. I, like Eduardo, told them everything was fine. I was brainwashed that since my mom was in Texas and we were in Virginia, we’d go to foster care which was even worse. My father died when I’d been 13 about two weeks. I’d been with my mother for 4 months at that point and hadn’t even spoken to him once my mom came to get me. It’s a miracle we survived. Truly. I wonder at times if the step mother who now resides in Boston can still be held responsible. I was so angry thru the video, I could relate and I know the fear yet hope for your mom to get there. When you read his mother’s Facebook posts….I’m still crying. Sometimes I don’t know why I watch yalls videos. I’m sometimes I literally feel faint. A ptsd symptom I’m assuming. But thank you both. I and/or my little sister were nearly one of these stories of a child who didn’t survive. I know it is hard to tell the stories of these poor babies. You’re both amazing. It truly enjoy your RUclips episodes and I’m truly grateful that these poor babies are remembered and still mourned by even complete strangers (as I am to Eduardo). I’ll never forget this one. So close to my own circumstances at the same age. Eduardo will live on in my heart the rest of my days. ❤

My step dad did that shit to my brothers and my sister for a decade. Threw away cards, gifts and letters, changed his number if my mom or I got it somehow, told their schools that their mother was dead 🤨 Got away with it for 14 years, until my little brother's probation officer tracked my mom down and 1 of my 2 brothers and my sister came for visitation for the 1st time in 14 years (my sister was 1 yr and 2 days the last time we saw them until this) and decided they wanted to come live with my mom. She spent everything she had in savings and quit driving truck to get custody. My bro turned 18 3 months later and my sister turned out to be.....well, I haven't spoke to her in roughly 15 years, so.....but yeah....seems like dads do that crap. So unfair to all of the kids involved.😞

Took me a while to realise just how many incompetent individuals there are in the world who somehow end up in these important roles.
