You forgot one little trick: it's in the nvidia control panel -> adjust desktop size and position -> no scaling
This disables the scaling your gpu does when it's actualy not necessary, this decreases the response time greatly (be sure to also tick the box ''override scaling mode set by games and programs''

Saye Biase-Biase Saje on display, if i remember correctly. I use it on gpu but that's only because i don't have the ''display'' option
Btw you should be fine as long as you game on the same resolution as your monitor

If you don't feel like taking the time to learn, have an experienced person do it for you. Your CPU is completely unique, even to the one that was manufactured right next to it. If you find a "guide" like this, in which the creator explains nothing, the least that can happen is you won't be fully utilizing your CPU, and taking a blind risk that doesn't really pay off.

In the set vertical sync option anyone using a 900, 10, 16, or 20 series gpu should set it to fast sync it prevents tearing by taking the most recent frame rendered. It works especially well on lower end cards. Also under power management prefer maximum performance locks your clock speed at the max boost clock and uses more power while at idle. It is like EVGA's K-boost, leave it off unless benching you wont notice any improvement in games since the card will already be boosted up. You want the locked boost clock for benchmarking so you can squeeze out every frame within the time limit, so waiting for the clock to boost costs you time.

I really liked it. First I thought "no way to follow him he is talking too fast". But then I heard your first instruction. I was shocked. It was crisp, clear and capture my attention. Needless to say I watched it twice, and I have written down all the changes. (I like to have them offline). After I am done of telling you this was a great job, I'm going hunting for my NVIDIA Control Panel, which by the way I did not know existed until now. So, thanks for the lesson and this is a Great Tutorial.
