- We're down to just three undefeated SEC teams this year and Missouri just so happens to be one of them. Why wait and see how the season unfolds when you can just crash the Playoff and shoot your shot. Mizzou does just that.

Lol. The PAC 12 is actually probably the best conference this year, with 5 teams having serious playoff aspirations. A shame this really good football we’re seeing over there will be gone this time next year.

As a Lamar cardinal alum I didn’t think I would be catching strays here
As a Mizzou alum who was there when we stormed the field for almost beating Nebraska in 1997, I know the fickle gaze of Hope (and the Playoffs) all too well. I know, realistically, 8-4 would be a fantastic season. But I can’t help but dream of going undefeated.

I was at that game, too...and the Texas game that year. Nebraska won and dropped in the rankings...Mizzou lost and moved up!

I doubt Georgia has anything to worry about from Mizzou, line play alone will be enough for y'all to wreck us. But Florida and even Tennessee are lookin a little beatable this year, if we keep playing well we could be the 2nd best team in the East, and when #1 is a shoe in for the Natty, that's not too shabby

Those early SEC Mizzou teams were actually pretty good with Franklin and Mauk from what I remember. I was nervous about DGB running wild before Jarvis Jones just took over the game in 2012.
