Near perfect video, however I just wanted to say that counter strafing has been proven unnecessary in val by multiple creators because the time to stop in valorant is a lot faster than CS
it isnt bad, just unnecessary
Actually a really good point; imma pin this
It doesn't need to be necessary to be a useful tool though
@@RealShaggy right I didnt say it wasn't useful, just unnecessary
for newer players, it might overcomplicate how they take gunfights, for others it may not (I was part of the former)
@@perspective7131 Understandable. I just know that I was significantly worse at the game until I learned what counterstrafing was, it's helped me greatly in my gunfights.
@@RealShaggy Right, but it still isnt useful unless you come from CS and its just second nature to you to counter strafe
Blud really said "F*ck me bro F*ck me" 💀 Blud was too impressed 💀

@@user-ui8xv9tc8ohw? Home work? Looks like you’re not old enough for this game kiddo, go back and finish your homework like the good boy you are.
@@nottoksic r u a little bit retarded? he said "hw said ill allow u" that means homework will fuck him up. idk what part of his comment makes u think hes too young, but what i got from your comment is that youre below 13 and youre playing on your moms ipad thinking he can do whatever he wants
@@nottoksic its prob typo
your teammates in that last clip are so supportive i love that. also very informative video once again
STAY FOCUSED!!
supportive is one way to put it 😂

Love how easy to follow and informative this guide is. I'm sure a lot of players will learn from you. Great video!
Yoooo I watch your vids man keep it up
Thanks!

@@sameertokhi7443 don’t play rl much anymore lol but yeah ig
Hands down, this is one of the most accurate and helpful tips I've ever seen, because as a silver player, this helps a lot, I always train my reflexes more rathen than aiming, because relying on reflexes is the same as aiming aimlessly and hoping to hit someone, for me.
thank you for the supportive words :) btw is there anything else you feel like you would want to learn about? Just trying to figure out more topics to cover
@@FocusFPSkinda hard to explain, but when i played overwatch, there was this concept of "ebb and flow". It was all about ult economy, when to attack, retreat or hold ground. It really helped me understand the game and to be better at it. Valorant probably has something similar, so a video about that would be nice
@@FocusFPScould u perhaps talk about economy when to save when to buy half shield vandal and atuff
@@gasgasidiot7883 I actually think a lot of players (including myself) struggle with the same problem; I'll work on making a video about this. Thank you for the idea suggestion 🤠
@@sky3_ow I still don't have Illari unlocked 😭and I know what you mean; I think in terms of Val you might be talking about when and when not to fight for map control. I'm actually working on a video on that right now. When its finished, let me know if it was what you were hoping for or not :)
seen this type of comment alot already but as someone who has watched almost every improvement video under the sun and has 2k+ hours in the game, this video was both helpful and informative. also really enjoy the short nature without leaving things out or adding un-necessary yapping, as another comment stated, this video is indeed efficient. edit: earned a sub
appreciate the supportive words man, thank you :)

"i allow you" is insane lmao
This was an amazing video. I had an old friend who was top 25 in kovaks and one of the main things he taught me was go slow, speed will come later with time and patience.
He speaking facts
fantastic video, i love the formatting and how straight to the point it was! keep it up; huge respect
Thank you so much for this Focus. My aim, crosshair placement etc is good but i’m very inconsistent. Taking my time during a gunfight waiting a quick second to actually aim, and being a harder target to shoot made me so much more consistent
A informative and engaging video that gets straight to the point, I loved it.
this video is so pleasing to watch with the music and the brim teacher idk why
Out of the hundreds of aim guides I've watched this one has to be the best :)
Nice video editing, keep doing what you’re doing 😊
I've watched so much valorant content/coaching, and I think yours is genuinely the best, most helpful, and most clearly explained valorant tips. Keep it up :)
thank you :) that means a lot to me
Top tier video that explained a very deep and somewhat arcane topic in a very easy to understand manner. Definitely sending this one to my friends. Just started playing Valorant so this was super helpful! Thank you SO much ❤
thank YOU for the support, and goodluck in your ranked games!! ❤❤❤
Damn bro i just got into Valorant and this sure helped out a lot. Keep making concise videos like this

I very recently started playing valorant, and when looking up how to bhop your videp came up and since then I've watched all of them. Very informative and helpfull, thank you for making them :)
That’s awesome :) thank you for the kind words, hope you have fun in val!!
i genuinely kinda thought this video was satrical because of how positive these comments were
This what I call a good video, informative and short which makes the content enjoyable. The only thing that holding my performance in valorant is my connection/fps but it doesn’t matter; Earn a sub!
This broke things down in such a simple way, thank you thank you!!!
Well explained also the clips are not random they are actually examples of what your are trying to tell us great work man!

Perfect. Quick. AND THAT ENDING WAS FUNNY!
amazing video. thank you so much❤
The first tip was the best for me cuz when im not panicking i mostly one tap everyone but when im not feeling it i instantly panic and spray instead of moving my crosshair to adjust it
U hella underrated man... this some high quality video
ur so real for knowing that ppl spray out of panic bc i do that :')
Thank you bro this helped alot
5 minutes video, no bullshit, straight into the main topic, nice explanation

Welcome to Focus Co.
very helpful tysm
I had no idea about the shooting error graph. Definitely going to sit in the range or a custom to get my timing right. Thank you!
Riot should buy this video as a tutorial/guide for new players and put it within the game, just because how straight to the point this video is
amazing guide
Very informative 🔥
all the tips are very good

GR8 video broo

nice vid bro
So thankful for this
video!! I recently just got into Valorant but my friends were already into other fps games before so their tips and instructions were very unclear to me 🥲 I’ve been playing for a month and I feel as if there’s no improvement to my aim and while my main objective in that game is to have fun with friends, it is discouraging to never even reach 10+ kills :’) so yeah, thanks so much for this! Very insightful and informative! You’ve earned a subscriber :D
Goodluck in your Val journey :)
i just cant stop panic
The movement error graph was very helpful, never knew about that
hope it helps :)
I learned this the hard way I always panicked sorta sometimes do but I learned to stay calm and aim and got instantly better
finally a good video hehe thanks
Honestly a very good video.
UNDERRATED VIDEO

Love the brim visual haha

this is the literal only way someone has helped me get better at valorant by saying "just shoot better"
we love to keep it simple
this is the perfect video for beginner's
4:43 important tech
when you ult with Sova you must try to go right and left or left and right to "brain" your enemy
in a situation like that they will take their knife and try to dodge your ult laser but if you start to go on a side and then go to the opposite side it will surprise them and it works a lot, if you watch pro plays they do that a lot lot lot
thank you
A 1v1 game mode would be so fun, I can't believe I haven't thought about that before
Enjoyed this video editing sound and your voice. Reminds me of Team Fortress 2 guides I watched back in the days
thanks! I love tf2 :) used to play Spy like a rat
@@FocusFPS hell yea spys one of the greatest and my fav
dam this was perfect
This video is god tier
Thumbnail is so goood
Love this video! Improved from S2 to P1 last season. Maybe put a point on how important it is to warm up before. My aim was WAY better when I've practicing tracking, one taps and counter strafing one taps for about 5mn average for each. I feel mor confident, more comfortable in the match and my duels.
Really good video, even as an immo 3 i still struggle with not stressing in gunfight
Ok I definitely agree that you should stay calm during an engangement and not resort to spray and pray but in my own personal opinion I feel that loading into a game of deathmatch to practice sometimes doesn't work due to better players who are complete sweats or getting surrounded by several enemies. But I do get your point and except for some unlucky deathmatches your advice is pretty solid. Also 100th comment lets go XD
This has genuinely been one of the hardest shooters I’ve ever learnt because I’ve only ever played “call of duty” style gameplay. Or just any console game in general really. I’ve played cod, halo, rainbow six, etc, but I’ve never played a game where it’s much more beneficial to stop, aim, and shoot a couple bullets. Finally just started getting the muscle memory to not spray but before I figured this mechanic out I was loosing my mind lol
Okay dude, I AM SO BAD at this game. My KDA's right now are mostly negatives. I'll practice all these advices for over a week and if it helps I'll be back with an update. SEEEE YA IN 7 DAYS
Its been 4 months now
@@rafaelcarp4241 I forgot but in 7 days I went from Iron I to Silver and in a month I got Plat
this shit is precise, looking forward to more of ur content!
I don't play Valorant. But as someone who went from console to pc, then back, and back AGAIN; my aim and reflexes are all over the place. Already finding applications for a bit of this advice in the game I play most right now: TF2.
So, thank you!
Thanks for your help I'm gonna try it out in my game
goodluck!! you got this king
Finally, I can start actually hitting my enemies. Jokes aside, this video is really informative, despite being short. Thank you for the video!
I can't stress enough how important point 1 is. just STAY CALM. wait. be shure your crosshair is on the enemy BEFORE you shoot (preferablyat at head level). then, and ONLY then, shoot. just take your time.
great video btw
Tip I learned: The player head is about the height of one of the boxes. Like the green ones structure by metal which appear in multiple maps. You can use this to help.
Great vid! And I have something to add as additional info.
Counter-strafing has its name because in CS even after you release the strafe key, your character won't stop immediately but it will still move in the direction for a brief moment - making your shot inaccurate when you might think that you've stopped moving. The idea of counter-strafing is by pressing the *opposite movement button* to make your character immediately stop moving, hence why the term is *Counter-strafe*.
In Valorant, counter-strafing is a useful but unnecessary technique since your character will almost immediately stop moving by just letting go of the key (you might not even realize it). Many Valorant players use this technique because of muscle memory from CS or simply because they're taught that way.
In some other videos, I've noticed many comments saying that deadzone/-ing is just valorant word for counter-strafing when it's actually not.
To avoid misinformation, here's what they meant in short,
- Counter-strafing is when you press the opposing movement key to stop (and to shoot).
- Deadzoning is when you rhythmically move sideways and stop (very low to 0 velocity) and shoot, then repeat right after so that you're not a stationary target.
To do deadzoning, you can counter-strafe (pressing the opposite movement button to stop) and shoot OR you can either simply let go of the movement key to stop and shoot, then repeat this process. Deadzoning doesn't necessarily mean you have to keep moving to left or right, you can also vary it by moving e.g. left -left-right or right-left-right-right-left. The goal is simply to be unpredictable to your enemy in the duel while also to not make you an easy stationary target.
Not to be confused as well with "Jiggle/Jiggling" where you *swiftly* move to one direction (typically to left or right) and then you press & hold the opposing key while letting go of the initial key so that you immediately move back to your original position. This is why it's called "Jiggle peeking".
you actually never need to let go at all to deadzone and still have no movement error
counter-strafing
is clicking the opposite movement key to stop your momentum going in the original direction. it is not the same thing as strafing from side to side and deadzoning.
the thumbnail is so fkin clean bro
Even the video is efficient. No BS, straight to the point. And channels like this don't get enough recognition while the BS self proclaimed 'best guide' channels get all of it.
actually a good guide that doesnt advertise a shitty learning program for 50 bucks :D sub to this man he deserves it
400k views with 13k subs. The guy really deserves better than that. He explained in 5 minutes what other "coaches" can't in 30 minutes
