Are you looking to lighten your backpack, do you hike solo, or are you looking for a gas stove that is both effective and efficient, then check out my video on the Jetboil MicroMo and tell me what you think, or share if you use one yourself. BTW, how do you brew your backcountry coffee?
@@robsonoliveira3176 awesome, yes It’s important to me too, see my coffee reel I posted yesterday on my instagram you’ll resonate with it instagram.com/outdoorsman_dave/
Over the years I have been a fresh ground " cowboy coffee" guy. Basically a french press without the press, just a dash of cold water to settle the grounds. But as my trips got longer the grounds became a problem and the regulations say pack it out. I now just take instant coffee and Tetleys. Great review of this quick boiling appliance and I agree with you on the French press, it should be silicone not stainless screen. Thank You Dave , enlightening, I can see why some folks can't say enough good things about the JetBoil.
Wow, seriously, rules are that tough about coffee grinds? The Kea Stash type bag sorts it all, poop even if need be. Grinding fresh is a hassle but it’s a bit for the video / viewership. I preference aeropress so may not bother to buy the Jetboil press with silicone plunger.

They are way over priced. I have a jet boil but I got it when they were actually affordable. Over three hundred for these now. Ridiculous!!
@@Kelly-gn7vr Yes they do have high price points, hence my comment on the skillet 😁
