  • Attorney Richard LaGarde has spent over thirty-five years preparing witnesses for their depositions. During his long and successful career he has seen just about every possible trick used by lawyers in depositions and nearly every mistake that can be made by a witness. He created this series of seven short videos to prepare his clients for their depositions. He decided to share his tips with the general public because everyone should know how to give a great deposition. If his tips are helpful to you, please leave a nice review on RUclips.

@@richardlagarde5418 I am taking notes as I watch. Too many people make mistakes during depositions. If only they went in with an informed mind.

Thank you Mr. Lagarde, your advise was very helpful. What we can do when the defendant lawyer tried to intimidate me, being very nasty and want me to answer for events that never happened and my stupid lawyer sitting next to him saying anything?

Bullying - trickery - twisting - hauntings - rabbit holes - not helping people fix things - what kind of hell hole is this

Deposition before cross-examination but not at trial only ammunition acquired to be unloaded to you then and later at trial. Good luck. Take it with a grain of salt or however that saying goes.
