Absolutely agree! Especially the tea camera shot! I love how much that tea shot (and others) are uniquely yours! So keep including those same shots (or whatever angles you feel) because we are not sick to death of you or those angles! ❤ love your videos, your honesty, your kindness, and your sweetness!

I was sitting here watching the pastry pet sequence like, "if this adorable man puts that pet in a little doughnut bag, I'm going to actually loose my mind. This shop can't be that cute." Then he whipped out the tongs and I nearly screamed in delight in a public coffee shop lol
Ahh, and the story about embroidering that little doughnut? I know what store I need to visit asap for the sheer fact that that was just the kindest thing ever Haha
Anywho, angles shmangles girl. Your videos are so cute and relaxing. I never know what you're going to get up to but I, like so many others love sitting back and just enjoying a day with you. You get me through my early mornings and your art is adorable. Never change and have a good day

We love you, too. More than anything. You have such an old soul and we need more people like you in this world. The only thing that sucks about having such an old soul like we do (I've been told I have one as well), is the fact that we feel EVERYTHING. We experience EVERYTHING. It's definitely a double-edge sword. Stay beautiful, inside and out. ✨✨✨💜

The way you talk about your anxiety being an annoying roommate in your brain is very relatable to me. I really appreciate every time you are so open about your mental health and it’s so nice to hear about you working through your anxiety! Living on a small college campus in Kirkland, I watch your videos to escape the intense anxiety I get from my annoying roommate. Hearing you describe your anxiety makes all the sense in the world to me. I often feel like if I could do what you do that I'd feel less anxious, but your honesty and realism convinces me that I can't escape my problems, I just just deal with them, grow through them, and embrace the moments that are good. Thank you for being you, Cheyenne.

For me, I describe my anxiety as a little kid in an office job surrounded by adults who know what they’re doing, and the little kid is overwhelmed and doesn’t think they know what they’re doing. I really resonated with your vlog, it can be hard and draining when dealing with anxiety during the holiday season. Thanks for the reminder that you ARE capable of doing the things even if you feel like you’re not 💙

I advocate for therapy whenever I can. It has helped me tremendously. One of my favourite takeaways recently is the idea of ‘1st/2nd thought’. 1st being your old most pervasive narrative and 2nd being the truth. Helps me when I jump to conclusions or get down on myself.

I relate to the anxiety stuff so much. In college when I was going through horrible anxiety I started to cope with it by taking short naps but that evolved into anytime I feel stressed I get sleepy and want to just go to bed. It’s soooo much work to retrain myself to react differently to that feeling. It’s crazy how easy it is to slip into bad habits and how much endless work it is to correct them.

I so much appreciate your dialogue about running a business and being productive with anxiety. I started an etsy shop a couple months ago and ran into the exact same issue, being so anxious and overwhelmed by that and school that I'd shut down. My brain tends to tell me I can't do anything at all so there's not a point in starting. I'm making progress (slower than I want, but still progress), and I'm trying to learn how to function in life despite overwhelming feelings :')

I loved the voice over part. It sounded as if I was on a phone call with you. All the things you said about how you are attempting to manage stress was very helpful. Your description of feeling overwhelmed of the work that lies ahead of you was unfortunately relatable. My brain also likes to blow out of proportion the tasks I need to get done, making it all feel impossible. Your words were the thing I needed to hear right now to get started on everything I've been neglecting. Thank for your transparency and I'm glad you're being kinder to yourself. this vlog hit me SO HARD
okay first off, your shots are NOT boring!! i was just telling a friend about how i love your framing! so do not absolutely feel bad, your vlogs are lovely to watch every single time.
the whole pastry pets thing was so cute!!! i wish i lived in seattle so i could support this lovely vendor!
and now... the last half of your vlog just hit me so, so, so hard. i get stressed *a lot*, especially about my creativity, my productivity and my future (hoping i can make it in an industry where networking is everything)... and i too go into total shutdown mode. i self-sabotage often, even with some good opportunities that come my way... mostly bc i don't think i deserve them, or i fall into these self-hate patterns that make me believe i'm an awful person and other people just don't realise it yet, and so the self-sabotaging (which in my case is also avoiding work or people) is to "prove myself right" - but of course it's a totally unhealthy self-fulfilling prophecy. but what you said at the end made SO much sense. i loved the bit about "finding the rabbit trail" (bc i love rabbits a lot, in case it wasn't clear haha) instead of saying "i fell off the bandwagon", and "you're capable of doing great things even when you're not feeling great" is a really, really good message and just made me tear up a bit.
thank you so much for this vlog, i really needed to watch something like this at this specific point in time. i love spending time watching your videos (you're the only vlog channel i follow!), they're always worth it. thank you ❤️

You are a very intelligent and capable person. Life is scary and causes anxiety but hold on to the fact that you can do this business stuff. Every day you work with your business helps to balance your thoughts against the anxiety. I watched my daughter go through all this. She is now 37 years old and a very successful Etsy shop owner. It has helped her to finally realize her anxiety is a constant but not a wall. It is her daily companion that is along with her, not driving her. I hope this helps. I love your videos and am so impressed with the person you are.

I'm so amazed that you live with those feelings (that are all to familiar to me) and are still able to make videos and run a business. That's so so amazing to me! I'm in my feelings way to much and I can't imagine putting content out there when I'm feeling this way. So so proud of you!

I hope you are able to get less overwhelmed!! You mentioned writing everything down in your calender helps you and I've figured the same out over the past year, my mind would get foggy having to remember everything. I also neeeeed one of those pastry buns!!!

That’s exactly how my brain works. Exactly. It was so nice to hear I’m not alone feeling like that, but also not nice too as wouldn’t want anyone to feel it x

I really love your videos. You are so brave to share your genuine thoughts with us, and it really is the honesty and the authenticity of your videos that make me want to watch you instantly. Even when you share low points of yourself, you point out how you are trying to make things better or spin it around into a positive way. I think you are such a beautiful person, and I love watching you grow through the years. Stay brilliant Cheyenne!

I was saving this video for when I could cozy up with a nice cup of tea and I’m so glad I did. I relate so much to how you describe your anxiety and how doing good/feeling good are not always synonymous. There is something so comforting about the way you talk about mental health and your struggles. I always feel a bit emotional (in a good way) when I hear it because it’s like putting words to my own anxiety. Here’s to practicing a little more self compassion every day 💕 Also, I love your style of vlogs, no need to change anything about them!

I genuinely enjoyed hearing your therapy talk snippet. It was really relaxing to hear while doing my own journaling. It also made me feel like I'm not alone on how I feel about my own anxiety issues. Thank you so much.

It was really helpful for me to hear about your experiences with anxiety. I see a lot a similarities but also a lot of differences between our relationships with anxiety and it was oddly reassuring and comforting. Thank you for being so open. You’re such an amazing, strong woman!

Thank you so much for sharing your emotions and anxieties. I can really relate as someone who juggles a day job, freelance and an art business all at once. There are times I feel like my mind is going to explode because of the amount of things to do, deadlines, responsibilities etc. and I end up not doing anything or not talking to anyone for days. For the longest time I thought that my worries are invalid, that these aren't things to be anxious or stress about. I found it comforting that someone else with a similar background is experiencing these as well. I hope you have a great rest this holiday season!

You’re speaking right to my heart, voicing all the exact same problems I deal with as an artist. You are doing great despite your challenges and inspired me to start sketching again. Thank you! 💜

Thank you so very much for this.
When you talked about your experiences living with your “roommate”, your words resonated very deeply with me and my own approach to managing my chronic pains. I conceptualize living amidst these overwhelming things in a very similar way to that of roommates and tenants. It is reassuring in a way to hear how someone else experiences a similar coping mechanism, thank you and I’m sending you all the best for your management this intense season (and always). ✨
