watching your videos make me feel human and understood, which sounds weird but i enjoy your content so much. also not to give unwanted advice, but for my anxiety, even if i have a break, if i have work to do for the end of that break, i end up hyperfixating on that and not enjoying a break. not sure of your situation entirely but you could always do a lot of the work for your february shop re-open before the holidays! so you minimize the work you have to rush. sending love as always!

Cheyenne, your videos bring so much peace to my life! It's super hectic at the minute, I'm in my second year of med school and drowning under exams and assignments and keeping up with the course, plus wanting to not turn into a robot and keep up my hobbies and personal development and make the most of my time at uni, but it's so hard to balance. Currently studying for an exam I have in the morning and taking a break to watch your video is a much-needed haven.

Oh that friend egg on toast thing...add some Barilla Creamy Ricotta and Arugula Pesto sauce on top of it and top with some shredded arugula on top of that ...egg sunny side up. Talk about super amazing...just try it. I get free samples from pinchMe and these were in my last box and oh so good. You will love it I promise. By the way who doesn't love a vacation and time with their fur babies. I took a couple days off of work between Christmas and New Years and I felt so refreshed. I also have my own side business in addition to my full time job that I love but you have to remember that you are doing all of the jobs and it is a lot as you are responsible for everything. I needed this video so much because just as you did, I needed a break because anxiety was kicking in a bit too much but now it’s time to get back on track and I feel ready💪 I’m glad to hear you’re going to try to get better with your time-management. Maybe you should try to give yourself an “office-like schedule” so like 9-5 and weekends off. I know it sounds a bit weird but maybe it can help building a routine where you just have your productive time set as well as the time you can turn everything off!
