I’ve also felt like the aiming is off after the update. Some times I’m locked in but other times I feel like the bullets are too slow and I have to give more lead even in close encounters. Always look to see if I’m in one of your vids also haha

@@codkid2007 you could polish this game into a perfect version of itself and the balance would still suck, the sound design and art direction would still be bland and uninspired, grenades still wouldn't blow craters in the ground and give you more cover to work with like Battlefield 1, a 7 year old game, and no commanders like battlefield 4, you can call vehicles too often in 2042 theres always too many tanks, dog tags are lame as hell, anything this game can do, an older battlefield can do better, for a tenth of the price. This game was so bad the battlefield franchise forgave older duds like hardline and bf5, cause those are amazing in comparison to 2042. even fortnite is a much better game even if it's geared for kids these days, and that game is literally FREE, there IS fun to be had in 2042 sometimes but it's not worth supporting EA to get it
I have been enjoying this game so much that I made it to level 45 in 4 days without buying the extra levels. I bought the regular battle pass though because this is the first season I could actually get it just with saved up currency. They have done a great job restoring this game but I am still not giving them any extra money for screwing it up in the first place.
New map is beautifully made, but IMO it's way too small, by a factor of 4. There are BFV anti-visibility vibes in A, B and E. Conquest usually devolves into a contest at C, which is to say: the primary game area is about the size of one of the big boxes on Spearhead. Vehicles and Helis are more of a nuisance than a benefit on this map. The Vault weapon updates are pretty good, but honestly, I think the M53A is still more versatile. Haven't unlocked the G36C yet.
Here to finally point it out: BfV has no visability problem. Some campers might be harder to see but anything that moves can easily be spotted. Its kinda a practice Thing aswell. But from my Personal experience: i was wearing a guilli suit and reviving my Mate inside a Bush. Some low level across the map saw me And killed me. Like its not that hard
I'll be honest. I am not even getting lobbies for this game. All I got was in the tutorial. This game suffered the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare syndrome.

I actually redownloaded this after 16 months & was pleasantly surprised at the improvements that have been made. I still cant get behind the Specialists & live service model though. Also im a 64 player Conquest fan & all i can play on that mode is the new map on a loop, great model Dice. Still no server browser is a massive fuck up, its disgraceful theres not one in there at this stage. Id like to try the other maps but unfortunately due to the live service model they're not available at this time, which is all kinds of bullshit. And to be honest i had the same experience as T-Bag with alot of AI bots in games, not a good look a frw days after a content drop, i thought people were saying this game had decent player numbers now? Still, honestly, at least its not the steaming pile of shite it was when EA got €80 of me cause i bought into their lies before release.
Server browsing is in Portal and people constantly host their servers there with their own map rotations / settings. + bots may depend on a region. I live in Europe and my other friends from US haven't seen bots for over a year, if you play like at 5am or you're in a region like South Africa, you might see more bots. To be fair most of people play on servers with cross-play, so if it's disabled for you try to enable it

It was meant to be this amazing place to play older maps/weapons from previous games & nothings been done to it from release. They still cant even get the XP issue right 18 months after release. The game is better now, dont get me wrong, but it was a very low bar to improve upon, even now its pretty much the worst BF title ive played(& ive played them all, thousands of hours) in the last 20ish years.

I dunno what y'all streamers and RUclipsrs are doing but none of these "BF2042 is good now.." videos make sense. I've recently started playing after avoiding it at launch and while yes, the game is playable and kind of decent now, none of these videos are an accurate representation of what playing it is actually like. First of all, parachuting down in front of a vehicle like that, throwing a c5, chasing the vehicle, throwing another c5 and getting a triple.. without getting shot or taking a single tick of damage? Grappling on to the roof and instantly killing that guy head on while he apparently didn't even see you? Continuing to stand on the roof and shoot in to the building, getting multiple kills, without anyone noticing? That shit doesn't happen in my games. I can barely leave my spawn without getting DM7 or various other sniper bullets raining down on me. Every single tank or chopper can see me coming a mile away, even when I flank, use stealth, emps etc. I've dropped c5 on HARDCORE servers and got hit markers on dudes running right over the shit. I'd love to know how you all have literally 0 recoil too. I've used every automatic weapon in the game and regardless of distance, trigger control or attachments, my recoil is absurd. To simplify.. Watching all these RUclips videos etc and comparing them to my gameplay is like comparing Zlaners hacked bot lobbies on CoD to my SBMM riddled sweat fest lobbies. If you're just starting in BF or you're considering it, do not let these videos affect your decision. It DOES NOT play like this, I promise you.
So what if you want to unlock the deagle but you start playing after this season has ended, can you still unlock it? I swear battlepasses have been a thing in modern gaming for a good while now and i still have zero fricking clue how they work lol
after the season ends you can unlock the free battle pass items that are not: player cards, tags and skins fot weapons and specialists. by completing assignments. for example: the super 500 from season 4 can now be obtained by killing a certain number of enemys (which i forgot) with shotguns and a different number of enemys with sidearms from that are 25 meters (or less) away.
Finding poor player count wasnt really a hit on the game bc no one is playing it, it was more of a "kick" bug that was kivking everyone after 30 mins on a server in anything but official AOW modes. Mostly Portal related but seemingly fixed now. I think some people were just waiting to play until it was fixed. Wish you had played Payload when it was featured.

You gotta love the micro movements that the animations cause which lead you to not hitting your target.. it's much much worse in this game than it was in bfv. also map is bad cause it's not in normal rotation, the bar is a horrible sniper, and g36-c i have mixed feelings about. What is really pissing me off lately is getting killed around corners i'm clearly behind yet still dying cause im not around said corner on that persons screen.

By far the best conquest map in the game (probs because they didn't try to horseshoe in 128 players) but still. I agree. Not enough content for one season. Remember when we used to get a whole bunch of maps per DLC? Those were the days...
they do that thing where they rotate maps from the portal with the current weapons.
@@Hotdogwateryum you mean that thing where they rotate in the same 4 maps that have been in the game since launch because they don't seem to be able to create any maps better than the ones the Devs made 20 years ago?

The only good thing in this game in comparison with Warzone is that you need to use less bullets to kill someone !!!! It's a shame we don't have Battle Royale games like : MoH 2010 , Far Cry 3 and 4 , CoD Ghosts..
I am enjoying the game. I don't know why everyone gets so upset over a game. Like games are meant to be fun so people who stress over a game or it's decline is not warranted in my opinion.
New map is pretty good I just wish it wasn’t all there is.
They should make this game free. There's no progression system, They should add features like DMZ in call of duty

That just very barely makes sense in czech. The sense is there, the wording is weird.
It should have been Závod chemického zpracování Zlín
or Chemické zpracování Zlín
or Zlínský chemický závod
At this point it's like a tragicomical meme that no matter how hard they try to evolve there's always some screw up, even in things which are difficult to screw up, like a factory name.
Also how they said the factory is "in the middle of nowhere" yet they chose Zlín as the location, which is one of the biggest Czech cities...
mm perhaps i will give this game a try when its on sale
