Giving a miss. I played so much BF4 recently and the atmosphere in that game is fucking insane. Also I hate the monetisation of 2042.... what happen to making good games 40quid and then leaving it at that? It's like buying a book and then the writer kept releasing 'alternate pages' that you had to buy and insert yourself.
I would rather shit in my hands and clap than play this COD/Fortnite bastard child. BF 4 is a vastly superior game. This game is made for those with limited attention spans and the tactical awareness of a postage stamp.

Never understood the hate towards this game. I get the point that there are better Battlefields but this is not a bad game. Almost 500h deep and it still makes fun with the boys

Yeah i noticed bf5 had regained some ground over the weekend, but 2042 is still holding good numbers on steam
It was on sale for 5 bucks which i bought and having a blast playing well worth 5 bucks.
I remember first trying 2042 when it came out and it was horrible. Now it has made such a comeback it’s actually impressive.
