@aizentheg4369 Windows media creation tool 1. Shut down pc 2. On start up, hold down F11 or F12 key to open boot menu. 3. Boot into the usb 4. Hold shift + F10 to open cmd prompt. 5. Use diskpart >> diskpart >> list disk >> select disk 0 >> clean all >> convert GPT >> exit >> exit Then continue with the installation. You're done !

Whenever I try this, it doesn’t take me to his special screen, it only restarts and turns on again. nothing changes :(

I prefer a clean installation via a USB and erasing the disk with diskpart command clean all.

If you’re resetting the Oc because of a virus it’s probably best to reset everything

Just for who has the same problem as i did ,the problem was the video drivers that were bugged after a win update and i fixed it🙃
