MARK, many people have already said this but you missed a few key items you will want to get before going after Lucas.
1. Go back to the room in the main house with the taxidermy deer. There is a door you open using the crow key that has the grenade launcher in it! Check your map if you dont remember where it is. The map should show the door with a little crow on it.
2. In that same room there is a secret in the fireplace that will help keep you alive!
3. Under the deck in the yard behind some bushes there is a crawlspace with a repair kit in it. Take the broken shotgun from inside the house and fix it. Its a more powerful shotgun than the one you are using! Place the model shotgun in its place to avoid getting locked in the room!
this needs more likes so Mark can potentially see this!

There is also another secret under the party stair, hidden in the bushes, there you use the toy axe for the projector
I didn't want to list that one because he JUST got the axe and I had a tiny little bit of faith that he might just stumble upon it himself. But yea that is a very useful item as well.
Some very helpful tips.
MARK! The toy axe is for the projector that's hidden in the bushes near the trailer, before you reach the door with the keycards. You place it on the pedestal to match the number 7 on the wall. Once activated it unlocks the chest next to it for a reload speed upgrade. Please like so he can read this!

There is a repair kit under the main house between the steps in front of the trailer, and there is another backpack in the main house behind a snake door on the far on the upper balcony. The wooden shotgun is also used to replace and fix the broken one on the statue.
Also with the crow key he can get the Granade launcher from the mansion
these are the most patient monsters in the universe. they just sit around waiting for mark to finish running his errands

He’s actually in his 20s if I remember correctly.
Lucas is in his late 20s in the game; he was always twisted and cruel, he locked that kid in the attic when he was a child because the kid was a bully.

I dunno if Mark's gonna see this... or if anyone has given this tip but I'm gonna type it anyway.
Mark, I think you're starting to notice the deputy's Glock's effectiveness is dwindling. You'll need a stronger handgun. You could repair that handgun by now, like seriously. When you exit the trailer, go straight in the direction of that main house (where you could enter to the Scorpion-Snake Doors area). Scour the foundation of the building. Just sweep it along from the stairs. You'll see a loose metal gate just beneath the building. Open it. There's a box there. Destroy it and you'll have a Repair Kit to repair weapons.
Now, there is indeed a second repair kit you'll encounter soon. But if you are getting this repair kit I mentioned above... you'll need to decide to repair either the handgun (in your item box) or the shotgun (at the main hall, you know the place where you got your current shotgun from). You could place the shotgun you're holding back to the statue and get the broken shotgun, and then repair the latter. But why give up on your first shotgun? Because... remember the model shotgun you found in Lucas's attic? Yeap.

Main House 2F, Storage - On the shelf in the Storage Room, connected to the Master Bedroom. found this on the interwebs , there is an extra backpack for 4 more slots . just in case , and there's a repair kit near the stairs of the main house outside, there is a panel which you can take off , you can use that to repair the broken handgun , or the broken shotgun on the statue which is better than the one you have , to get that you have to replace it with the wooden shotgun in the attic , please upvote so he can see

I feel like this episode and part of the game shows the 2 ways of horror, the monster that attacks you, actual danger and suspense with Mark going through every room expecting something and gets scared by something like a footstep or the dolls dropping from the ceiling. It really shows the true differences of what is in horror. I also really like the classical horror music with the violin
