    In this video, Trevor demonstrates simple wrist stretches and wrist exercises that will improve your hand and wrist mobility. You'll learn how to stretch and strengthen your wrists without any equipment.
    Be sure you go slow and controlled and never push through sharp, pinching pain. Work on improving your wrist range of motion over time.
    The more you practice with these wrist exercises and wrist stretches, the better your range of motion and control will be.

    I can't bend wrist towards bo

    Don’t know if you’ll comment on this, but with that third exercise, every time i do those movements, my wrists pop lol. Not sure if thats good or bad.
