Yep. Obvious mental illness…the hospital put him on medication, but obviously he did not get the care he needed. Blame the absolutely dismal state of mental health care here in the US. Of course he ends up in prison. We have no real place for long term mental healthcare anymore…for criminals or just regular people seeking long term care themselves. I, myself, have schizoaffective disorder (diagnosed at 19) and except for a 6 month stay at a private hospital my parents paid an absolute fortune out of pocket for., I’d get released from psychiatric hospitals far too soon for any treatment to even work properly.
This happens for 2 reasons. Insurance dictates how many days they will pay the hospital for, so the hospital basically kicks you out.
2nd there’s more people that need to be hospitalized than there are as a dearth of beds in those hospitals.
I’ve lived with this for over 30 years. I’ve never been violent, but I always voluntarily went to the hospital whenever my psychiatrist recommended it and even went in on my own because I wanted help. So did Sky Bouche.
I am NOT saying what he did was ok just because he was mentally ill. But he knew he wanted help.
We need long term psychiatric care! Both for those that go in voluntarily and for those who are deemed not guilty by reason of mental incapacity. They should not be in prison, but long term locked psych hospitals just don’t exist anymore to house them. And we know from experience that mentally ill people only get worse in prison. They go practically untreated and absolutely the care they may give is completely ineffective since some aimless Dr. they might meet once prescribes medication that is not monitored for effectiveness or for the inmate’s ACTUAL compliance in taking it.

The kid with a shotgun at school. I remember this case. He shot through the door and then changed his mind. He put his gun down and turned himself in. The fact that the school never went into lockdown is pathetic! Even when the kid laid the shotgun in the hallway and walked away, no one from the school went and moved it and secured it in a safe place. I’m not condoning anything this kid did, but at least he stopped. He never aimed the gun at anyone and pulled the trigger. He shot through the door and then realized what he was doing and he stopped. In a case like this, this is what we always hope will happened. It did in this case. I think it’s unfortunate that they gave this kid the sentence that they did, because the next time a kid does what he did and wants to stop like this kid did, he won’t, because he’s going to get the same sentence as if he shot up the school. I’m not saying reward this kid. Not at all. But when you give them the same life sentence that you give kids that actually follow through, you’re sending a message to every other kid that thinks about doing this that it’s not worth stopping, that your life is over anyway.

Now, we COULD have chosen not to talk to him, and looked suspicious, and who knows what could have happened. But you DO have to stop. • @TexanTrad
      @TexanTrad 4 месяца назад

That's what I always say on these videos!!! Everything is recorded. If you think you're rights are legitimately being violated, fighting with the officer is just going to ruin your case. Go with the process, get yourself a nice little payout at the end probably. But when you resist, fight, assault law enforcement, it's all on camera. Now even if you were innocent, you picked up charges, no one feels bad for you at that point. And half of the time, they freak out BEFORE the cop even gets a chance to do something wrong. It's just some irrational visceral response to cops in general. I don't understand it, and I've been on the wrong side of the law a few times. I still respect and value cops. Maybe if we stopped villainizing them all over the news and every other place you look, people would think a little more critically about the situation. Would probably also help if the people screaming "I know my rights, I know the law" actually knew their rights, or the law. Just my two cents.

The story at 2:12:30 hits close to home. Last March my ex boss was caught filming me at work and stalking me. He was charged with two counts of vouyerism and one count of stalking and the prosecution the case gave him a plea in abeyance for the vouyerism charges and I had to beg for the stalking charge to be pursued so I could have a protective order. She agreed on the stalking charge so I could get a permanent protective order but he was basically let go with the filming because he is a lawyer and has no criminal background. I’ve lost all hope in the justice system knowing that someone could do what he did to me and get away with it. He won’t have to register and the charges will be dismissed after 12 months and a fine. He threatened me if I quit and I also couldn’t charge him for sexual harassment because my state doesn’t allow an employee to charge an employer with sexual harassment if they have less than 15 employees. Hearing the guy in this story being charged and having to register as a sex offender is what my ex employer should’ve had to do because it takes a sick person to commit this specific crime and the man in this video proves this point as he still is a threat after 20 years

Worst thing is she's intoxicated, but still distinctly lucid enough that she knows what's going on
And despite that she's not actually distraught at all
She's not lacking emotional reactions because shes so wasted that she doesn't realise whats happened
She's lucid, she just cares more about herself
As an ex heroin (and crack, meth, anything under the sun) addict, I despise these creatures
I never drove under the influence, I never hurt anyone but myself, I used birth control religiously because it'd be evil bringing a baby into my miserable lifestyle
      And so on
People like her are why people demonize all addicts
When most of us are just suffering, only hurting ourselves and often are extremely kind and giving because of the rough life we've lived
I mean I volunteered despite being homeless, and many homeless addicts watched over me as I slept rough at 16, protecting me from the creepy guys coming from bars..
These vile things aren't a representation of addicts, no more than she's a representation of all women

Then again, the fact that she thinks she's above the law is a great indication that she would have a "it's everyone's problem, not mine" attitude. Also, she needs to realize that being in a patrol car, she is the PASSENGER. It's not HER car so when she says stupid stuff like, "Shut my f&^%*ing door and roll up my window", it makes her look even more stupid. Bianchi, it's not your precious Mercedes. I hate people that say "go back to your country, or this is my country." I am from this country, but my great grandparents came to the US from Germany trying to make a batter life for themselves, What is wrong with that? The way people treat others is just disgusting. I have never in 54 years of life have treated anyone this way. People shoulld be treated with respect no matter what. BTW everyone out there I hope you are all having a good evening.

The ones that make me the most mad are the ones who have a lifetime of manipulating people and a whole toolbox of bullshit grievances and tactics to gain sympathy everything from playing like you’re a little girl acting like you’re weak and stupid. Playing dumb on men to feel sympathy for you not like you’re an actual adult. I hate those people.

In all these arrest videos where the person claims to be an attorney… I wish they’d follow up and find out if they actually are a lawyer. If any of them are a lawyer, do they talk over the judge when the judge is giving them a direct order? It seems to me that they would’ve defended a defendant during their career… Who did not follow the orders of the police officers. You would think that a lawyer would know to follow the orders. If they are a real lawyer, they absolutely KNOW what law is being broken against them and they can file suit. Screaming at the top of their lungs is not going to change anybody’s mind. Acting like a Karen is not going to change anybody’s mind. They should know this! This lady ignores orders to move her car out of the highway traffic. The cop even says something about not wanting to cause danger or some thing. She thinks her being on the phone with the father is way more important than protecting the public. She could’ve quickly moved her car and then gone back to the cops and asked is the kid going to the hospital and reported it back to the father. Easy Peezy. She’s obviously a control freak.

The stark difference between America Vs Australia's reaction to a mass shooting - Australia not only has obviously stricter gun control, but they also don't publish the names etc of shooters because they almost always all do it for attention, and showing them on the news, names, faces etc only incentivises shooters seeking infamy like the columbine shooting
