There’s nothing worse than a teenager who thinks he knows everything. I can’t believe a mother would try to get her daughter off. What a great role model. If you do something illegal, take no responsibility and try to squirm out of it …. Perfect! Great parenting lady!
My dad worked as a long haul truck driver. He never drank the day before he was to work. I learned that from him. When I had any liquor I stayed home. People who drink need to have a designated driver or take a taxi home. No sympathy for those who do drink and drive.
Good for your dad for teaching you such an important lesson. My parents constantly drank and drove when I was a kid. My siblings and I saw it as normal behavior. Two of my parent's three kids were charged with DUI as young adults. I don't drink. After growing up with alcoholic parents, I have absolutely no desire. I am always designated driver when I go out. I have three young kids so I don't go out often but when family comes to visit in the summer, when they drink, I drive them to and pick them up from the bars.
@@feversandmirrors An important lesson you say? That's a given. If someone needs to teach you to be safe and not to act a fool and to put your seatbelt on when you're steaming behind the wheel, then perhaps some more intricate lessons should have been taught at some point in your childhood. In the end, a better lesson wouldn't be to not drink "before the day you are to work", it would be to not drink at all.
For everybody else who was confused around 1:45:15 "Burping and belching can falsely elevate breath test results by contaminating your breath sample with liquids and gases from your stomach. Simply stated, the breath machine may have measured alcohol from your stomach rather than from your lungs" I honestly had no idea that that was a thing.
I once heard a quote that being famous on Tik Tok is like being rich in Monopoly, and that could not be any more true! Social media has made people believe they are more important then they actually are!
I don't think she was drunk. She just got her fix. No one gets sober that fast. And if she was drunk where's the DUI ? And where was the charge for hitting the cop car ?
Props to that cop for putting his foot down on the boat. "No. I'm not willing to overlook a child drinking on a vessel. I do not play with that." That Mom is wild. As a parent, if I got a call from my child that they were stopped by cops for drinking and operating a boat, I would be pissed. Not at the cops, at my kid. Lol.
@@jillybean9563 When we would visit my sister and family on holidays, there would be drinking and her husband would make me a drink, though I was under-age. I would taste it, but hated whatever it was he offered me. Being just a kid and very shy, I didn't have the bravery to tell him I didn't like alcohol, so I would take my drink upstairs with me to the bathroom and then pour it down the sink drain, so nobody would know I hadn't drunk the drink. I would rather have had straight orange juice, which I asked for after that.
Right? 😂 when will people learn, it’s always best to just comply and be calm, and if you want to fight the charges in court, you can. Just keep your mouth shut and stay calm. Doesn’t seem too difficult. 🤷🏼♀️
I appreciate Kid Mari admitting to what he did and being respectful in the car. You can really see how good cops can be when the people they’re dealing with are just cooperative.
Honestly I didn't think he deserved to be in this video, he owned up to his shit and was super respectful. The officer was asking about his youtubing which he told him all about it, just because he makes a lot doesn't make him entitled. He was cool AF.
Yeah he was super respectful and owned up to his mistake even laughing about how what he did was a bad idea. It was so refreshing honestly. It made me have a lot of respect for him.
It’s so crazy to me that these people will continue to ask the cop THE SAME QUESTION over and over again after the cop gave them the answer… they’re just fishing for a different answer 😂
I can’t believe these parents. How are you gonna fight the cops when YOUR KID is so unbelievably wrong?! Making a threat to shoot up a school?! Driving a boat while drinking underage!? ARE YOU INSANE!?! What is wrong with these people?!?
Permissive parents they had. There was a mindset that parents would let the kids grow up and make their own decisions how they would be. Trouble is, kids are immature, so they don't automatically know what they need to do to get along in life, because-well- they're kids and kids don't have the life experiences, or decent, loving parents to show them how to act to be able to govern their own actions.
At least that black kid you can tell was sincere about his wrong doings. He got into money and got stupid, but you can tell the white kids were just plain entitled.
They have made the dui punishment crap. If there are absolutely no repercussions for their illegal activities why would they stop doing it. I’m tired of the constant slap on the wrist and these drunks being set free in just a few hours. It’s BS😤🤬
What really gets to me is that her mother was more concerned about circumventing the worst posdible scenario, and not the fact that her underage daughter is drinking, allowing other underage passengers to drink, and driving a boat while under the influence. Sh!tty parenting is the root of all evil.
Those kids boating - for shame on the mom, who claimed to be a former area police dept. higher up. As the wildlife officer said, don't tell me you want 'wiggle room' on this kind of violation. And her thinking her daughter doesn't drink; oh honey, she does a lot more than that considering the amount of alcohol and that she was the only female on board. Mom needs to get a clue!
@@Twinkle_Toes88Exactly I was thinking the same when her mum tried manipulating the officer. There was a load of booze on that boat and mum knew about it. She owns the boat and is responsible too.

When the boating mother said she was retired law admin. , goes to show you how law enforcement looks the other way for one of their own. The mother was trying to cash in on her career to get her daughter special treatment. Proving it happens alot.

God damn these little punks. When a police officer asks you for ID, you give them your ID. Period. I've never seen such ignorance of the law. And oh by the way, it's not the officer's job to educate you about the law.
In a lot of places you aren't legally required to ID yourself unless you're driving or there's an investigation. But in some places you're supposed to any time they ask. Anyway, if the cop demands, just show ID, don't argue. Arguing is for the court. If the cop is power tripping, arguing only makes them angrier at you and they'll make the process as painful as possible. If the cop isn't power tripping and is nice and patient, the cop is probably in the right 😆
@@FrogsForBreakfast 150% EXACTLY what you said!! Arguing at the scene once the cops have shown up WILL NOT HELP. As you said, arguing is for the court. I listen to these when I’m driving sometimes and I got pulled over tonight for my taillight being out, amazingly I don’t feel nervous at all anymore with cops because it’s so easy to not be a freaking maniac and just get a warning and be on your way. Incredible🤣
It is so hard to believe that up to now, so many people still drink and drive. As if they haven't receive any driver's education before they got their license.
I'm always waiting for someone taking a sobriety test to say "I can't even do that sober." It was one of my fears, back when I drank, that I would slip up and say that.
Or when they get asked about their eyes and they jump on the chance to say “MY EYESIGHT IS BAD, really bad, so bad, I need glasses or contacts” when they have contacts in and if they don’t it’s because they don’t actually need glasses all the time. Like, yes, your poor eyesight will cause you to drive erratically and fail several sobriety tests. It’s incredibly common. One girl jumped on the medical question and said she’s had a concussion for over a month. If you didn’t stink of alcohol, then you can offer up excuses. But they are all always drunk.
The PE teacher that got arrested for the DUI was the nicest lady ever in a traffic stop if only every stop was like that for officers. She didn’t give them any trouble no backtalk and was very nice.
The RIGHT response from that mother would have been to tell her underage daughter she better blow all zeroes or she loses her boating AND driving privileges at home regardless what the cop does. Parents who work so hard to help their kids avoid responsibility for their actions, especially where the safety of others is concerned, are the absolute WORST.
I mean she said they boxed in her car and snatched her phone and there was a group of them and one of her. If you've ever worked in any job where you get robbed they teach you to go along with whatever they want, give them whatever they ask for. At the end of the day your life is not worth whatever money or items they steal from you. She was right that she could call the cops and dispute the charges once she was safe. If she'd tried to fight back then they could have harmed her or worse. Even if she didn't get the money back, she had no way of knowing if she fought back if they'd have hurt her. It's just not worth it. Don't try and be a badass, don't get all tough. Just give them what they want and live.
Just about none of them are legit. I never give money to them. I'll offer a free meal or something, but never money. I remember where I used to live, the Walmart was a HUGE hotspot for it. All over Europe police can randomly give a breathalyser test. You don't even have to look drunk. That circus with the field sobriety tests in many cases is inconclusive and waste of time.
@@michaelrichter9427They don’t charge you for failing the tests or doing poorly. It is probable cause to arrest you. They pull you over for swerving, so that’s probably cause for the stop. Then they smell alcohol on your breath. There is a legal limit for adults but combined with the swerving they feel you may be too impaired to drive. They ask you to do the tests and look for signs and record the evidence, and submit it for cause to arrest you. Then they do the breathalyzer at the station which is supposed to be more accurate than portable one. We’ve also got a massive drug problem in this country. It’s easy to suspect alcohol but I’ve seen them say they don’t smell anything but suspect something’s going on. I assume even if you’re having a medical emergency causing you to fail the tests they still won’t let you back behind the wheel. Don’t quote me on any of this because I’m no expert. Definitely let me know if I got anything wrong. I do know that with the one test walking 9 steps toe to heel and turning and doing another 9 steps…. Everyone drunk messes it up because the directions are simply just to wait, and follow instructions. No one ever does. They either start walking as soon as the cop does, they do too many, they turn incorrectly, they obsess over how to do it right…. But it is incredibly easy if you’re not on something. It’s really about following directions although of course those who can’t get their feet close at all are also displaying their drunkness.
@@jwc_1986 you do realize that it's because they generally only test folks who shows fairly obvious signs of impairment, right? Or do you believe that some of those folks were sober and still couldn't remember 3 simple instructions 30 seconds after they're given and not be able to literally put one foot in front of the other? You do know it's not necessarily that you stay perfectly balanced? More that you can actually see your feet and line the heel of one foot up with the toe of the other before even starting. I keep seeing the stupid breathalyzer comment everywhere but how is it that not one of those people can come up with the facts that A- a breathalyzer only tests for alcohol, not any of the very many other substances that can cause impairment and B- that "legal limit" doesn't necessarily mean crap. Plenty of people are impaired after just a couple of drinks and would still test under the legal limit. That woman at about 1:50:30 doesn't seem to get it. Nearly every other parent of a mass shooter says they had no indication, or no clue, their son was going to take a weapon and do heinous things with it. She is delusional and in denial. I really hope this arrest stopped a tragedy from happening and made that kid grow up a bit and think twice about what he says or posts online in the future.
Her whining how he is "just a little boy~" shows you how little she gets. That kid, as tall as he is, is past the age of 12. At that time, you should soundly know what is right or wrong. If you do not, maybe Mommy had something to do with that...
As a parent, you’re responsible for that kid. Technically, until they’re 18, but really it’s forever. You made them, you raised them…. Or didn’t. Either way, your job was to bring up a productive member of society. Ideally one who’s happy and well adjusted. When you make excuses and coddle and don’t pry and snoop as I think parents should, you’re failing your child. With the internet nowadays, you need to know what your child is doing and you should teach them the internet is not some lawless land. It’s where adults roam free and your child should know how to behave appropriately online. I’ve seen actual 10 year olds have tantrums on a coloring app I use because they couldn’t chat with other people. It’s a coloring app. Get Facebook. Too young? Too bad. Not everyone else’s problem. But they’d argue like it mattered. Where’s the parent who knows their kid is bypassing the no Facebook rule? Some of them love to pretend they are suicidal, create these dramas, pretend to be doctors updating friends on a damn coloring app, like no one on the internet thought to lie before them. You can’t just threaten to kill yourself like it is nothing. You can’t throw around your age and name and location when you’re just a child. God I could rant all day. It is so aggravating. If your kid turns 18 and you’ve got Ellie from the video, do what you have to do to keep her in your home and out of society. You failed. Try and fix it or keep her with you. Why should she be our problem? Don’t have kids if you aren’t aware and prepared for the actual demands of parenting. Here’s a hint, it is more than love, food, shelter, nice things, and presents. Uggghhhhhh

Especially with Uber there is no excuse
@@feversandmirrors An important lesson you say? That's a given. If someone needs to teach you to be safe and not to act a fool and to put your seatbelt on when you're steaming behind the wheel, then perhaps some more intricate lessons should have been taught at some point in your childhood. I can’t believe these parents. How are you gonna fight the cops when YOUR KID is so unbelievably wrong?! Making a threat to shoot up a school?! Driving a boat while drinking underage!? ARE YOU INSANE!?! What is wrong with these people?!?
The parents are the problem. They’ll allow their little angels to get away with anything they want, and likely behave pretty badly themselves.

And god help if you if that cop really has a stick up their ass and doesn’t like your attitude, cause you WILL spend some time in a cell.

1:00:40 how much you want to bet she thought he meant he was following her 'a good little bit' online, not on the road 😂😂😂
I just had to tell you I thought your comment was very underrated! I think you should’ve gotten at least 50 likes for it! 🤣
@@Dixiechick21 😁 you're really sweet, thanks!
Why would you bring the puppy? What creeps to expose the poor critter to all this!
38:07 they keep acting like she's drunk when it's clear she's high AF, she's looking at the "pretty cop car lights". She probably drank too but she is OUT OF IT high
The first lady: "I had one drink tonight."
Me: "Damn, I really want to know what that cocktail is. For scientific reasons."
She's back there chugging water hoping to hide her drinking.
All over Europe police can randomly give a breathalyser test. You don't even have to look drunk. That circus with the field sobriety tests in many cases is inconclusive and waste of time.
I'd fail the one-leg stand even if I haven't had a drop to drink for months.
Field sobriety tests are a trap. Every cop in these videos who's pulled for DWI over says the same thing.
So you thinknwe should just go off this arbitrary number, letting folks go as l9ng as they're under the limit? Or do you actually care if soje impaired person plows through your family?
Omg the scammer and his wife are scary but stupid. I hope they spend a lot of time in jail. They are headed in that direction.
She wasn’t to smart either
Why don't people just Uber if they're going to drink? Less expensive than a DUI.
She didn't even acknowledge when he said "a whole boatload of liquor".
My father was a cop for 28 years. He told me that if he got in trouble, to NOT use his name and to NOT call him for help! I got into trouble, I need to get out of it.
That TikTok girl was drunk out of her mind and naturally when she was starting to sober up she got angry.
After a good nap she probably didn't remember anything.
I don't understand why people don't have their license with them.
The license is the document that allows you to drive. It has to be with you whenever you drive...
???
The first kid thinks very highly of himself. He’s not the slick talker he thinks he is, lol
lol yeah, he was an irritating little prat 😂
This is exactly why I don't give money to people begging for money on the side of the road. I've caught SO many people lying through their teeth when working retail and out on my smoke breaks (back when I smoked cigarettes) can't stand scammers. Called them into the police every single time and quite a few got cited.
honestly so much respect for kid laury and how he owned up to his mistake and didn't blame the cop in any way - he knew he f'ed up and had a pleasant chat with the cop
Gosh- cant believe they are so strict on underage drinking in the US .. And legal age 21 is just excessive. Of course driving the boat drunk is very irresponsible
42:54 What a horrible, HORRIBLE excuse for a mother. I feel sorry for that kid. Hopefully they can break the chain and not end up anything like their trashy mother.
How the hell was the second DUI lady entitled? She was super polite and it was a totally regular arrest.
exactly what I was thinking
I'm with you there.
ITA! She was extremely respectful, said she totally understood, didn’t complain once.
I guess they mean entitled to drive when the option was legally off the table, but yeah the wording is misleading.
Yes, she was super polite and no problem for any of the officers.
These clips need to have the Oompa Loompas sing after each one.
1:38:34 - "YOU CAN'T TOUCH ME WITHOUT CONSEEENT!!!!!"
Whaaaat??? If that was the case, nobody would be arrested, ever.
Not even 18, and she's wracked up major charges. She better HOPE she isn't charged as an adult.
Uggghhhhhh
I was saying the same thing as she was whining "he isn't that though".. or "it's just a joke"... all those mothers never thought their child would do what they did either...
His silence says everything...
10:23 I’m sure she’s the one that provided her entitled kid the alcohol. She was trying to be a friend instead of a parent.
All I can say is, "OMG, they live among us!"
😂😂😂😂😂😂 So true!
I like the way Dunwoody police treat the scammers with the respect they deserve.
Watching this makes me appreciate my children even more. They are young teens and they dont act like any of these fools.
I appreciate the editing and narration, well done.
Wife with dog in her arms: Why do I have to go stand over there?
Because I’m the police and I said so!
BEST ANSWER EVER!!!
I love It that he arrested her. She thought batting your eyes and saying no I don't wantna do that. I'm gonna go home I've done enough , yeah , you can tell she gets away with a lot , not this time
Its still crazy to me how in the US they are adults at 18 but can't drink until they're 21. Does not make sense.
Right? Especially in eastern europe you have people at 21 who are quitting alcohol😂 which is bad but still. Also the fact you can drive since you are 16 but its another 5 years to drink is weird
Right and at 18 a person can sign up for the military smh can go to war but can't have a drink welcome to America
I guess the little TikTok girl is now what you call an "Under the Influencer" now. Go, Chloe!
You need to go to bed with no supper for that one! 😂 Bad dad joke! Bad!
Popcorn ready 🍿
Tissues ready
Wait... Aah shit, I thought it was something else from the thumbnail
