Playing this game _as_ a chef made me feel like it was made by someone who thinks cooking is _waayyy_ harder than it actually is.
I was thinking, wait there's only ONE kitchen staff? For prep, line, soux and head duties? That would kill a person faster than regularly eating soup with 20 grams of salt in it!
To be fair, it is not that hard to flip a salmon fillet.

The physique in this game is killing me I wanted to play a cooking simulator to actually cook.
Yeah there’s a QWOP-esque quality of wrangling the controls and physics in this game and I’m not sure if it’s intentional or not

Well, the title graphic and font does look awfully similar to surgeon simulator. I have a feeling the idea is the same but it's not so blatantly a joke, which makes the frustration funnier? Idk I feel like this game was made for streamers.

The beginning about the burners being fixed separately is no joke lmao- Used to work in a grocery store bakery and if our proofer went down and the guy came to fix it, and then that day the oven went down he wouldn’t look at the oven even though it was clearly busted. “I didn’t get paid to fix that today”

If he ain't getting paid you shouldn't expect him to do the work. He deserves to be paid AND paid extra for a rush job if needed. If he started fiddling with it and screwed it up worse thats on him, he ain't got time for that.

Please play a series with this, Jack. Once you have gotten "comfortable enough" you can even do the challenges. The Shelter version is its own entire thing and you would LOVE IT, I'm sure!

I think I remember most fish is fine and doesn't carry any of the major foodborne illnesses. The only worry being using the cutting board again when serving someone who is allergic.

It's for this reason that I just use two different cutting boards. One for raw meats, and another for vegetables and cooked meats.
@@brendanmystery I just use one chopping board for raw meat, wash it, leave it, and use a complete other board for anything else. Keeping the, even though its washed, raw meat chopping board away from the rest. 😂 It usually gets washed a second time.
