  • Pulled pork is a favourite in our household, whether it’s used for burgers, rice, pasta doesn’t matter it’s always something we can all enjoy together. Usually on a Friday or Saturday we want an easy, low stress family meal and this 1 doesn’t disappoint. If you don’t have a smoker throw a butt in the slow cooker, you can still enjoy this meal without getting that extra smoky flavour. In your burrito or wrap throw in what you like, cheese, tomato, corn chips, onion, lettuce, corn…..it’s your wrap so throw in what you want. It’s a delicious easy meal for the whole family.

I don't have a smoker or a slow cooker. Do you think your recipe will work with a rotisserie? If so what settings would you recommend? Thanks!

@@ericc5556 hi there, personally I’ve not cooked a Boston butt on a rotisserie I always use 1 of my smokers. It is possible yes but would be a long cook, I’ve added a link for some inspiration for this cooking method. www.grillseeker.com/rotisserie-smoked-pork-shoulder/

@@albatrossbbq Thank you! I'll try this with your homemade barbarque sauce! It is recommended 2 hours per pound so maybe I'll do a test and just do a pound first. I'll let you know how it comes out, won't do this until weekend.
