Google Forms - Downloading Results

Viewing results and linking them to a Google Sheet. How to perform a minor Find and Replace in Google Sheets as well as download the data in a .csv (comma separated value) or .xlsx (Excel) file.

Hi Joshua, thanks for the presentation. I am facing an issue in the spreadsheet creating by Google Forms. Some of the data does not appear. e.g. Client name in the Survey. Some of the values in 'Client Type' response. The corresponding cells in excel sheet appear blank, whereas these values are submitted by users and the values exist in the copies of the forms with users.

Hi Joshua, loved your video. Can you help me with on questions. I have a form that I download the responses every week, and this process will continue for the next few years. Is there a way to only download the responses that have not yet been downloaded, i.e. only new responses since last download?

I don't know if that is possible, but they are all timestamped and you could mark them in the spreadsheet and then only copy paste the new ones as an idea.

Hi Joshua, I have set the option to allow editing for submitted forms. When a user tries to open an old form, values of some of the fields goes blank. What could be the reason for it.
