Do me a favor and click like and subscribe real quick! :) check the comment bellow this for a couple important pieces of info I accidentally left out!
The shifter is only $150, and there are more mounting points on the bottom of the shifter I didn’t show!
The fanatec has a lockout for the reverse gear as well. But you are right this is a great feature.
Lockout reverse is sick but the auto rev matching feature is what’s really unique!
Glad to see you have your channel back dude!
@@EthanDean57 I didn’t even think of that!!!!
@@DansGamingVanso they say auto rev matching. Would depend on game. And either way it’s just a cheating factor for people who can’t drive
Man, this is an amazing no BS review!
Dude thank you for all your comments!!🙏🏼🙏🏼
Amazingly underrated, I wish you luck in the content creating world!
Great review!
Thank you James!!!
Yooo dan what’s up!!
Tom!! Thanks for the comment!
Great video!
Fyi the fanatec also has r and 7. Only two I think
Factual, loaded with great info yet didn’t take up a lot of time. Excellent.
@@dirtinthebox32 thank you so much for the comments and kind words dirt!!! You are a trucking legend!
@@dirtinthebox32 the lock out feature is is really sick, but the auto-blip downshifting/Rev matching feature is what really makes it stand out from the rest!🙏🏼
@@DansGamingVan when’s the video coming to show that feature???
I noticed you have the same NLR Stand 2.0, Moza Hand Brake and this Shifter. Do you find your hand clunking into the Hand Brake when you shift into Reverse (or alternatively, into 7th gear if you have the Hand Brake to the right)? I had a heck of a time finding a good solution using both the Hand Brake (which I feel really needs to be on the shifter stand for stability on the NLR Stand 2.0) and this HGP Shifter at the same time. Just curious as to your experiences with that combo.
👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 thank Tory!
My first game was cruisin usa on n64 😂
Ooohhh classic, I got a 64 later in life!
Nice.
Thank you!
@@DansGamingVan your welcome 😜
Hello! I was just wondering why you were using the TH8A desk mount with you wheel stand? You can remove the desk mount using the allen key included with the shifter to untighten the 3 bolts holding in on. Anyways great video! (1:27)
I honestly had no clue!!! Thank you for the info, that will help when I remount it as a sequential some day!🙏🏼 i appreciate the comment!
@DansGamingVan No problem!
@@DansGamingVanlol how didn’t you know? You review products 😂
Lol did you pack more snow on the handle?
Hahahahah got the up close clip before the walking up to the van clip and knocked the snow off 🤣🤣
@DansGamingVan I was busting up cause the next scene there was no snow. I know how it goes though, gotta get them shots. I've done some embarrassing behind the scenes stuff to get certain shots before. Lol great professional video though man.
❤❤
Thank you for the comment!!
do u have any issue about the moza shifter?
mine will miss shift and delayed shift.
this is my second hgp shifter they have both thesame problem.
Bro I just watched a review of another guy saying the complete opposite shit about this shifter compared to the TH8A 💀💀💀
I hope they make an addition to the shifter to turn it into a sequential shifter as well, until then I'm not super interested in getting one early (also because my Moza SRP Pedals don't have a clutch pedal currently.
EDIT: It's been 2 months and I've come around full circle. I am actually considering this shifter because if I had to drive seq I would just use the shifters behind the wheel
In my opinion I never understand the dual purpose shifters/breaks like that.. I’ve never switched my TH8A over to sequential, but considered getting a stand alone sequential more than I considered that
@@DansGamingVan I agree I'd rather buy a proper sequential shifter that feels good rather than pay extra for a h pattern with sequential mode that isn't that great. If you looking into getting a sequential maybe look into the simjack sequential shifter, @SimRacingCorner has a few videos about it and it looks pretty high quality for the price it's sold at
@@DansGamingVan When it's as easy to do as with the SHH Newt2, it's such a nice quality of life feature that saves having to buy two shifters. Just a matter of it doing both well enough.
must have been Midnight club 3 Dub edition on the psp or forza motorsport. I can't quite remember
Thank you very much for watching all the way and commenting!! Dub edition was a huge part of my childhood/car influence
@@DansGamingVan Also watched Roary the Racing car when I was little. Those were amazing times
does the Thrustmaster TH8A work with moza r9 ?
yes, on pc
Mine was fh2 on Xbox 360
I think this was the first racing game I put a ton of hours on!
@@DansGamingVan nice man! Well I was like 8 so I don’t remember shit
Hola holt
@@DouglasThompson ¿hola cómo estás?

Need for speed is so legendary
Man, the sound of it is a huge turn off for me. Its so loud and hollow sounding.
cheating... nty
You know the auto-blip feature is included in many games as an option right? Even iRacing has it and you can turn it on in-game right now without needing the Moza shifter.
It's a shame these companies shun consoles.
Eventually!! You can also buy adapters to make Moza work on console 👀
Its not that, its expensive to get support from Sony and Microsoft to make the chips needed to get these sim products to work on console, and smaller sim racing companies usually cannot afford this, or if they can, they have to bump up the prices of their products. Moza has said that console support is coming soon though, which makes sense since they are rapidly growing in popularity.
@@mrtakeaminute6815ya 11months later and you get a weak ass r3 for Xbox that is never available anyways 😂😂😂 moza lacks in a lot of areas
