- Back with another Crash Twinsanity video! Today I did the academy of evil set of levels, including the boiler room, one of my favourites which also has one of my favourite boss fights at the end, Dingodile!

Three parts in and WumpaLewis is almost done with Twinsanity. I keep forgetting that Twinsanity is a really short game.

Is it confirmed it won’t ? It makes a ton of sense to remake this - there’s a lot of content that never got put into the game , so they could put it in the remake and also would put a lot of new eyes on this game because the old players will play it and all the players of the new crash games
Why you don’t play on a wide screen?
There’s an option in this game’s settings
9:30 You can just easily glitch that "acid chase". Trigger the rising acid, then go back thru the door you used to enter the room. The acid starts to rise and eventually rises above you and goes away. After that you can just do the climbing part as slow as you want cause the acid is not chasing you anymore. This only works on the first try when the door is still open!
Might try that out for a fun video!
the acid stops just below the highest floor, i think it kills you if you try to go up through it but i haven't played twinsanity in a while.
Another way to break that part is to body slam the door and jump to a higher platform. Doing this, you skip the platform that triggers the acid, and it never rises

I always liked the idea of the Academy of Evil as a kid. I mean, a school for evil geniuses where Cortex was learning, this concept has so many possibilities! It would be cool if the idea would return in Crash 5; maybe Crash and Cortex have to battle some of Cortex's former classmates/bullies, some who had more talent in becoming an evil scientist!

Is it really the true Academy of Evil experience if you don't accidentally trigger the cutscene for the boiler room again?
I do realize it's repetitive and simple as hell, but I'll always love the Nina section ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ (it helps that the soundtrack is especially lit there)

Imagine if the devs managed to finish this game. I love it but It makes me sad it's so short. It should of atleast been double the length of what it is. Seeing a good guy cortex would of been quite funny tbh seeing him fight off against evil crash with aku Aku or something.

There's a lot of repetition and instant kill nitros in Academy of Evil levels, and the camera in several spots stank. This world was the worst part of the game but at least it had that awesome Dingodile fight which is the best in the game imo.
I forgot how fast this game goes by I hope they make a remake it would be cool if you tried to do get multiple glitches in this game as a cool video and see what weird stuff happens

Agreed. Academy of Evil was always far better and more immersive than the Public School, that felt stale and empty like most of the environments in Mind Over Mutant.
Check out some speedruns of Twinsanity. BetaM and PeteThePlayer both do it I think. There's a way you can skip all of the Boiler Room Doom puzzle, I think you become ghost Crash or something and it makes the acid not kill you if I'm remembering it right.
14:33 Wow not only did you easily die being on very narrow platforms but there's a loading screen afterwards plus it sends you back to the checkpoint in Nina's section. Then you have to make your way back to the boss while having to rewatch unskippable cutscenes on the way. That's crappy game design. Also Lewis, it's possible to miss that moving platform at the end of that boss, die, respawn back to the last checkpoint as Nina and have to refight the boss, it's so bad.

Dingodile is by far, the best boss fight in twinsanity. (in my opinion tho)
EDIT: Also... there was an unused cutscene, instead of cortex saying "I have no idea what did you just said" ...he said something completely different.

I came here for two reasons: TwinSanity and Lewis with glasses. I got the TwinSanity gameplay but where’s Lewis with glasses?! :(
For me, Lex Lang is okay as Cortex but he didn't have the same impact as Clancy Brown, until the moment at 11:22 where Lex proved he could bring that angry, more serious Cortex back. This and the ending to this game are my favourite parts with Lex Lang as Cortex.
He's even better in this game than in the N-Sane Trilogy.

You should do a the huge adventure or n-tranced playtrough next. Maybe even the Wrath of Cortex. Also, try Jak and Daxter, i think you are going to like it since it was made by Naughty Dog and its very similar to Crash.
i might sound like dumbass but how can i stop slow walking in twinsanity it is allmost unplayable, everytime that i get to a boss he starts to slow walk. thank you for your time. Btw nice video
