You just made me remember how: - I always failed the last grapple ring in the Evil Twins boss battle - I got killed by opening doors while trying to rush through the corridor - I only saw Evil Crash chase after Cortex once; every other time he stopped there spinning - I stood on the button, but it didn't respond like at 6:27 - I found the ending somewhat creepy - That clear gem objective with the spinning platform was the bane of my existance as a kid
This game is Legendary! the fact that it's only 1/3 of the original concept is crazy. Besides I remember when I was younger I was jamming to the final boss music so hard until this day XD, Thanks for the Memories Brother.
i don't know if anyone mentioned this cause i'm a bit late, but on the nina climing at twins, iirc you have to either hold or tap (one of the two) to make sure you grab the final hook. i learned that out years ago when i was wondering why i kept falling off on the final one
I don’t think I’ve ever collected that ball-puzzle challenge gem the intended way. I realised quite early on that you could body slam the shield surrounding it & glitch it😂

It took me so long to figure out but on the Nina section of the fight where the last grapple won't connect you have to not be pushing any direction on the analog stick and it works a lot more consistently
It's so lame that you still take damage when crashing into foes with Cortex's giant head when sliding on him, while in Crash of the Titans you can run into and attack foes while surfing with Aku.
Here's a trick for the Nina part of the fight while jumping between grapples hold the opposite direction to slow Nina down and give her more air time thus making the final grapple easy to latch on too. It works every time.
My personal solution to the grapple hook problem was to not press any directional buttons and HOLD the grapple hook button after jumping off the last hook
That grapple fail happens on the PS2 version as well. I remember repeatedly watching my friend play through this level only to get stumped at the final fight when he'd get cucked by that final grapple and have to repeat the entire level again. The timing on it is very different.
Yeah I remember struggling on the first phase of the final boss as well, but didn't remember why until I watched this. The 2nd and 3rd phases are just free after that.
Yeah I had the final boss just flat out not work for me. Honestly back in the day I snapped my disk on the final boss, this game just infuriated me from start to end and I’d had enough. Would like to try it again but I’d probably still hate this final boss
It's mind blowing to see this has been completed in just 4 parts! When I was a kid playing this game, it felt like a really long game. Espeically when your PS2 didn't have a save card so you had to pause the game to leave it on over night or when I went to school. I got to this last boss fight over the span of maybe a year trying to get to that point, proper thrilled to complete it when I got home from school to find out my dad had unplugged the console accidentally whilst re-arranging wires behind the TV. Thank you Lewis for uploading these parts! I was able to re-live my childhood watching someone entertaining play it!
That 'bug' with nina in the first part of the last boss fight only happens if you touch your joycon (at least this has been the case for me) works 100% of the time if you only press jump and hook button
Suggestion for the last grapple spot at the end of the game, you need to let go of the analogue sticks. It's very simple, but I got stuck for ages and lost all but 1 life before I figured it out.
Fun fact: go through the portal by the entrance to ant agony to the lab then go back in to get back to ant agony, it actually resets evil crash so he follows the path properly and doesn't glitch at the beginning of each section. You have to go through bandicoot pursuit backwards to see the results but watching him jump/ run through nitros is hilarious
@@mustafaLY2631 i went back to iceberg lab too!! But not every level in in iceberg lab. They don’t make a warp room where you can go to any level you want. You have to go through levels in order to get to another level
You should try and speedrun this game. It’s only gonna take like 10 minutes

Twinsanity is GOD tier. The hours I have put into this game. The story is so strong. The different worlds etc are just amazing still
Honestly always loved it for the glitches but the base game is still incredibly fun
For me Twinsanity has by far one of the most unique dialogues of the Crash series. Same goes for Cortex.
It needs to be remade with all of the originally planned and cut content it was GOD tier unfinished alone
