    It’s crazy how so many ppl blame all types of things for their success. He never said it would be easy. Most ppl quit before the success starts.

    Except in lawn care a millionaire is rare I don’t think many people go above 100k

    • @Lawn-Stewards
      @Lawn-Stewards 21 день назад

      Theirs like 700k of us in the country (legit/not legit), I'd bet like 2% of that are million dollar companies.

    • @CerretaniOutdoorsLLC
      @CerretaniOutdoorsLLC 18 дней назад +1

      It’s not that crazy man don’t look at the big number… 100K is only 275$ a day
      Take weekends off you need to make just under 400$ a day
      Your problem is per job amount is too low…
      If you can bring up your average job price
      Like this year we did just over 500K in 7-8 months but that’s just 10-12 5,000$ jobs a month or 5 10,000$ jobs.. work your way up there brother or take a year or two working for hardscaper or concrete contractor go learn it well and go out on your own it’s what I did..
      Was pressure washing/lawn care but wasn’t happy with it so I went n slaved for a family friend pouring concrete and fell inlove with it
      5 years later he retired and I started my company, bought 2 trucks, trailer, bobcat and all the tools cash
      No payments so I can pick n choose my jobs

    • @Pantera972
      @Pantera972 16 дней назад +1

      Yeah it's pretty much 1% of people will make it. Andy makes it seem like everyone will do it. 😂

      It’s not because it’s not possible it’s because it’s hard. To get to 100k you need to learn how to mow lawns. To get to a million you need to learn how to manage people, know your KPI’s, delegate busy work, & pay workers more than you want to. You are correct that most people would rather just create a job and mow lawns their whole life than learn how to run a profitable business.

  • @JesseParker-nf8eb

    I only made 20-30k with my lawn gig wish I could become a millionaire doing it

    • @CerretaniOutdoorsLLC
      @CerretaniOutdoorsLLC 18 дней назад

      Brother just repeat what you do now with more crews…
      Or you can learn concrete like me and do 500K in 7-8 months take home alittle over half of that then make 90-100K in the winter with better margins and take home 75-80K
      Rock on brother hustle hard

    Guys around here pay way too much attention to gaining customer numbers and not enough attention to offering more to their existing customers. I see em, racing from stop to stop like madmen.

      It’s a joke… I’m the complete opposite, catch me with used quality equipment bought cash
      I am a concrete contractor so we get repeats but usually a season or two later but it goes to show that you do good work they will call you 3-4 years later
