    Is the sprint max effort at all before your 10m fly? like the buildup, is it at 100%?

    0.93 is damn fast! it's ~10.7s 100m!
    what do you think of the following things have a good corelation to your speed?
    - being bouncy/aka having good reactive leg strength
    - being powerfull and strong gernerally
    - having mastered the movement / beining very efficient
    - beining healthy with a sharp and focused mindset

    Any more benefits to doing flying 10's compared to 30's?
    Also do you have any tips for me cuz I can't seem to like really push for max velocity but I can hold this speed for a reasonably long time?

      Most people aren’t fast enough to maintain max speed for 30m straight. So 10m flys are better for most of the population

      That’s mainly called speed endurance. After about 6 seconds you legit can’t get faster the people who seem like they are getting faster at the end of the race is really just maintained by a lot of momentum for longer

    Can anyone tell me why I beat everyone in the 45-60 yard and after that they all just zoom out and pass me up. Like is it my top speed, endurance, or stamina

    The times I train I’m able to do 60s but the 10s are better for technical reasons and quantity

    Is it fine to do the plyos before the sprints?

      Noooo let’s do sprints then plyos. Sprinting is a plyo and you need to be at your most fresh and explosive during the sprints. So you don’t want alot taxing beforehand
