That’s mainly called speed endurance. After about 6 seconds you legit can’t get faster the people who seem like they are getting faster at the end of the race is really just maintained by a lot of momentum for longer

Noooo let’s do sprints then plyos. Sprinting is a plyo and you need to be at your most fresh and explosive during the sprints. So you don’t want alot taxing beforehand

Most people aren’t fast enough to maintain max speed for 30m straight. So 10m flys are better for most of the population
