Thanks! I was a little surprised that I had made that many things 😅 it adds up quickly especially when there isn't a super time consuming make with embroidery or quilting or something similar

Your makes are so beautiful. I don’t know if you made the bathing suit for your cocktail pool short but I loved that.

Thanks! That one is a vintage original. But I will definitely be making some swimsuits this year 😊

I am dying to see more about that red Edwardian corset! I’ve never seen one that’s overbust, and as someone who needs the bust support, I’d love to know more!

It's not over bust but rather mid bust, right at the apex 😊 my voice is getting a bit better so I should be able to film the talking bits in the next few days 😊

@@sewthroughtime Right! I'd call that overbust (even though it only covers part of the bust); as opposed to most Edwardian cosets which stop under the bust entirely. So for me overbust= boob support, and midbust would be like a category within overbust. Regardless, wishing you a smooth recovery and looking forward to your next video!

Hi Maria and Happy New Year…. I am so inspired seeing your beautiful sewing from the last year…your work looks so much more like real clothing than costumes, it must be your attention to detail! As a relatively new historical costumer, I struggle with getting things done, unless I’m on a deadline for an event. I’m wondering how you were able to find friends that share your interest in historical dress?

Honestly it's mostly just going to events and meeting people there 😅
