    My first hiit workout in 3 months! Like most people, I’m feeling anxious, lost my job and had to move back to my parents. That led to a slow down in my workouts until both in frecuency and intensity until the point I didn’t complete a single workout in june. With this workout I felt how much my body was mising exercise! By the end I’m shaky, covered in sweat and proud of myself for showing up again! 💪🏼

      can't wait for next week's upper body workout. I loved how this one didn't have a single repeat exercise and broke up the hiit and strength into pairs. makes the time to by faster and I'm able to push myself harder.

      Love this! As far as what next, I'd like to see some more advanced dynamic/compound exercise workouts with or without weights. For example:
      1. Single leg deadlift
      - pause (weight on ground in front of you) -
      2. Single leg burpee +/- tricep pushup
      3. Return to single leg deadlift. Either rep based or time based.
      Ideally a combination of multiple advanced moves that, when slowed down, are doable for most people who workout here regularly.
      I guess another example of what I'm talking about w/o weights would be:
      1. Broad jump (jumping high and as far as possible)
      2. Quick jump squat
      3. Burpee + pushup vs burpee + 5-10 mountain climbers vs burpee + pushup jack x2
      4. Turn around and repeat in other direction.
      Or if it's leg-based only, #3 could be a high tuck jump after the jump squat. No burpee or arms needed. :)
      Stuff that has two or three moves to it so you have to be more mindful of what your body is doing and what you're contracting. Good for a 40-50 second interval routine and ultimately less daunting than saying "Repeat this convoluted exercise 10 times"... more like move at your own pace and focus on the form for 50 seconds, which you guys always emphasize anyway :)

    I have to say Daniel is way way more stronger than those injected bulky bodied men.. leaner and stronger the better.. And Kelli..ooo those legs..looks like that of tennis player..so inspiring!! Thanks again for this great workout..😄😄😄😄..love you!!

    I did this yesterday after a short run. Even without weights and doing most of the low-impact mods, my thighs and glutes are feeling it today!

    Please make more like this - best video so far. 45 sec. on 10 off & no repeat exercises, heavy lifting with ballistic/hiit in-between . Would like to see more like this, & 45 minute pilates, mass building and some level 3 cardio - thanks!

    I was in college when this came out, I got home very very tired but still managed to get through it! go me💪 were stronger than we think when we really want it! hope everyone enjoyed as much as I did :)

    Your workout videos are so real!! Most workout videos show the trainer looking all perfect without a drop of sweat and with you guys we can actually see and hear all the huffing and puffing !! Really enjoy your videos 😊😊❤️

    About to do this one and as soon as I read "there is not a single repeat workout throughout this entire video." I clapped and went "WOO!". For same reason I engage more in these, keeps me guessing push myself harder since it's only one interval for each exercise. I got the new 8 week plan on cyber monday to add to my collection of plans that I have of FB. Making the best out of this one!

    Yes new go-to workout for sure! I tend to do ones these with no repeats for a longer as I don't grow as tired of them. I also appreciate that most of the low impact modifications here are without jumping but still tough as I'm currently struggling with inflammation under both feet and cannot do any jumping. More of these please!

    Just bought the 4 week fat burner plan off you guys and I start tomorrow! After a weekend of eating bad food and little exercise I'm looking forward to getting my butt kicked and back into shape! Gunna combine this into day 1 as it only features a warm up and cool down. Thanks guys for always literally having my back!

    Oh my goodness Daniel & Kelli, I just completed this after not being able to workout properly due to a lower back injury. This had me huffing and puffing and blowing my house down!!! LOVED IT! Thank you. P.S I thought it was cruel going to the floor on the 2nd last exercise, I DID NOT want to get back up again. It took me nearly the whole 20 second active rest to get up. HAHAHA

    Feedback: I LOVE THIS WORKOUT. I especially enjoy workouts that don't have repeat exercises. I get bored when repeating reps over and over and over again. This type of workout keeps me motivated and it seems like they fly by. More workouts like this, please!
    And thank you for your honesty when it comes to health and progress - - I spent years hating myself because I ate too much crap and never pushed myself. But now, nearly every day, you motivate me to go harder, better, faster, stronger. I look up to you guys. Thank you.

    Omg, first day of FB sweat round 2! I can't believe how much progress I made in just 1 month. This time I made it through with out any extra breaks, I was able to do jumping lunges (although no all the way through the 45 sec intervals)and pistol squats! Thanks again Kelli and Daniel :)

    Daniel and Kelly, I loved this workout! Last time I attempted this one, I didn’t have weights because I was on vacation, but I still sweat buckets since I tried the advanced versions of all moves. Your workouts never fail to make me feel amazing afterwards-thank you for everything you do! 💞

    The workout was just about squats and lunges.. Felt sore which I love the feeling.. I only had problems with pistol squat.. I couldn't do them right! Thank you Keli and Daniel.. Doing your videos since 12 weeks and my body is so in shape.. My family is amazed.. And the best part is you teach along the way too :) I cut down on eating processed food also except Icecream :p

    day 1 of fb sweat. done 5 day fat burning, 5 day busy, watched a little and thought, no big deal....I was sooooo wrong. kicked my butt, literally. hope I don't see another squat in the routines for a few days. great killer workout

    Hi Daniel and Kelly! I understand why you guys don't say or include how much weight you guys use for dumbbells, but for those of us who haven't learned to gage what pushes us, can you guys put in the description or just say it as a reference point? I find it challenging for exercises I haven't done to stop, pause and try to see which weights are best for me.

    wow, really loved the workout - the combination of strength and hit is just SO satisfying!
    i do strength training with 16-22 lbs (7,5-10 kg) dumbbells since the beginning of 2016 and i have gained a lot of strength and endurance since then. but i'm very unsure about my nutrition and whether i have to/should adjust my caloric intake or not. usually i eat oatmeal (400 cal) for breakfast, greek joghurt with an apple (300 cal) or 2 slices of bread (500 cal) for lunch and some noodle with meat and vegetables-dinner (600-800 cal). i also eat about 1 to 2 apples a day.
    but i've noticed in the last months that this amount of food doesn't keep me satisfied through the day. i get huge cravings during the afternoons and snack on chocolate (200 to sometimes even 1000 cal) and cookies way too often, which makes me feel bad and makes me do even more workouts to 'even it out'.
    did i really gain more muscles which need more food? i have a hard time believing that since i don't lift extremely heavily and i don't work out every day for 90 mins. i tend to do 3-5 workouts a week around 40 mins, mostly strength training (especially legs). but as a woman is it even possible to gain much muscle mass? and does my body really need more caloric intake because of the strength training? i've gained some weight (1-2 kg) in the last months so i'm really unsure about these cravings - are they just out of appetite/boredom or because of a deficite?

    I have been slagging with workout again :( Back to school then theres work!
    Anyone else struggling there? I have days where I leave my house at 6am to get to school have mini breaks and rush to work, then dont come home until 10:30 from work
    I will promise myself to squeeze in the workout as much as possible.
    But thanks a lot for this wonderful workout. It really got me sweating

    So I know everyone’s body’s different but maybe someone can use this for reference. I’m 5’2 170lbs and I used a 15lb kettle bell for the strength exercises and my the end my Fitbit read 255 calories burned! 💞

    Hey! Did your last meal plan and loved it. I'm struggling with maintaining a healthy diet right now, and would love to try another meal plan with you.
